I hope the different pricing model will not cause issues re unitisation (ie asset split) etc but if the price is higher than Ortoire it's simply a "win-win" anyway?

Red - 6 point plan looks perfectly reasonable... you really should send in your CV.... Much better plan than the current lot... A balanced view IMO... not that I need to validate in any way shape or form... I do share the view that it will come down to geology and the teams ability to navigate it... which is the only part of the plan that worries me!!

funnily enough it was a lot about geology too.

it can be done. it is all about people and their management.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and reading the broad spectrum can be entertaining....

As can be writing a 5 year business plan, with a financial model and timelines broken down into years, quarters and months, with a cash flow statement projecting the funding requirement to support it.
That linked to an annual budget, three month rolling forecasts and monthly management accounts with a variance analysis and a commentary thrown in for good measure. Then the annual audited accounts that told a limited amount of truth to the world.

The modelling is easy peasy using modern AI and not spreadsheets created on basic computers that pre-dated Execl.
Rejigging it took forever if and when the underlying assumptions were changed.

And PB predicted a £200m wall of cash weeks before a rescue loan was sought from the banks.
