The good news is high-pressure sands were encountered at Cas2. Some have suggested Cas2, along with any other successful development wells should be tested immediately. Would this improve final results, or speed up connection? I think testing directly to the facility saves time and expenses, those savings could be used towards another well, to me it’s showing a prudent use of funds. Saving money to my mind is an ace move in the long run, especially as there is way over 200 targets to go for, a considerable amount would be saved by testing directly, if possible.

Spot on gold mine, regularly does it and regularly posts misleading comments. Best off ignored.

Dodgy CEO - hyping expectations, Coho underperforming, Casc underperforming, delayed project/drill timelines, wasteful recent equity raise, poor market sentiment, high tax regime combined with low fixed cost gas tariff etc are some of the factors that have contributed to TXP lagging.

I too am happy having exited TXP last at 80p - it has been a rockstar share for me with 5x returns from entry in the low teens/averaging up in the mid 20s to exiting all the way from 150p+ down to 80p.

Last entry was around 80p in 2022 post selling initial 2020/2021 entries - 80p I got out around flat!!!

Issues around Coho and Casc production levels need to be clearly explained!!! Why the strong decline rates??

I was even luckier to get out of TXP at 160+ ;-) what on earth are they playing at these last couple of years? Even in my wildest pessimism I wouldn't have believed this to be sub £1 once Cascadura was all connected and producing.

I was lucky to sell JSE @ 36p on 12th Jan, the day before the most recent collapse.

Pure luck.

Or SCE which has serially disappointed.Or AXP where recent presentation felt like the complete opposite of the subsequent RNS.I doubt own SCE but have been interested in investing for 18 months.TXP is so much better than any of the competition in many ways.

TTB, I was meaning by allegory that they'd invested money

You can't be having a great time trading JSE right now ;-) Even I'm not losing money there at the moment

Not interested in a season ticket here, just a place to get a trading bounce on some new ISA money. Like SAVE and JSE, TXP seems to be an unreliable, mis-managed company, but unlike them, at least it's shares aren't suspended.

Unlike what is now CEG, where I also lost a bucket of money thanks to Ritson at LGO and his successors - being honest, my £5k investment is now worth less than the trade to sell it, thanks to "events, dear boy" and regular significant dilution - negative comments on this BB don't mean that the posters are shorters, or that they want to get in at a lower price.

I think there are a lot of long term investors in TXP who are dissatisfied with a bloated board, a COO who lives several time zones and thousands of km from the only operations, frequent missed schedule promises, and the President's hyperbole regarding discoveries that turn out to be unwarranted. I could go on.

You could label them stale bulls, which would be closer. If they didn't believe that ultimately they would be rewarded, they probably would have left, but even Dunderheed can see the positives and expects to be rewarded one day.

Why not view this board as similar to a group of soccer fans supporting a proper team in the lower reaches of the EFL. They moan about the useless goalie, the bad refereeing, the manager who doesn't know what he's doing, etc, but they know their players and how the club is run, they pay for their season ticket, and hold onto the belief that one day, they will host the big names at their shonky stadium in the premier league

Under, I absolutely hear what you say but, what does past history tell you when "news" appears to trail the share price?!

==============

Not sure exactly what you mean.

Just means that news is being given to the insiders/mates by someone in the company before the RNS is released.

IMO....this share is being played by someone/group/Hedge Fund or similar.

We got the pre Casc production ....and then the dump on the news.
The blow-off top at 94.5 indicates where they sold....then its been sliding ever since.....94.5 down to 40 odd short is good money.

Its got to be time for their next move.....which I am betting is up.as there is long term floor around 45-40 since July 2022.

So....lets see where this is going to bottom....and buy some for the scammmers next pump........which has got to be due around now.

TA in general........this guy The Market Sniper.....is the best TA/Trader is have found.......rarely wrong if you set your stop-loss as recommended.
I don't subscribe....but follow his Youtube videos.

Re 37058 Company non investible? That’s great - aka your not invested here so we no need to read your drivel…

And that ladies and gents is not a ramp!

Che7win, who are the usual de rampers?
I hope you are not including me in that group?
However to be clear the "de rampers" seem to have been right for the last two years, no?
Under, I absolutely hear what you say but, what does past history tell you when "news" appears to trail the share price?!

To be further clear I have a relatively large amount of these shares (for my sins!) and would like nothing better to be wrong here (for once) but in all honesty to date it has been like shooting fish in a barrel?
Now where on Earth are those II's / industry partners oft talked about?
What has been the remaining constant during all this under performing time?
As ever absolutely best of luck all, all IMHO and DYOR!!!
Excitement over, back to bed for me.

Everything going well (excuse the pun), I hear Cas 3 rumours that it's cased.Let's put the fall down to forced sellers on TSX exchange and the usual derampers ignoring last company update after a few weeks!I hope we stay down for more cheap top ups.

Ditto - review what has unfortunately transpired today with Lithium firm CTL and its malafide CEO!!!

When the CEO is suspect / and has repeatedly misled/or worse aka PB - than a firm becomes non-investable!!!

Is Casc production going the way of Coho??

Sad state for TXP!!! Wall of pain rather than wall of cash!!!

It's not just selling, it's both and majority isa transfers.
That is not to say I am not concerned about the "optimisation" (nice new long word, lol) news or lack thereof, considering the "history" here.
All IMHO of course.
