09/5/2006 16:47 | CP - took a nibble in these just before the close. A management person of Bradbury's experience will not have chosen to join Touch on a whim, nor due to a lack of alternative offers. My gut feeling is that she saw outstanding potential in the company after carrying out her own due diligence. Still, be interesting to see whether they enticed her with a large stock option or whether she buys shares open market. Technically though, also looks very interesting. lets see. | mdchand
09/5/2006 16:47 | On the face of it this is a good appointment. Allied to the recent good news on the placing (about which previously I was sceptical) and TOU seems set for a fairly sustained rise back into the low teens. The only (smallish) downer is the news (also today) that MDZ will not be paying the final £250k cash installment on its purchase of TouchVision. However, the results from MDZ aren't bad and the outlook positively bullish, which is good news for TOU given that it is MDZ's largest shareholder. | pbracken
09/5/2006 16:45 | For example, we were the first company to bring Pay-Per-Call to the UK market and continue to introduce innovations in online advertising, focusing on performance-based products. This has proven very successful, and to date has led to our 135% year on year growth. The first directory product with in-built customer acquisition guarantees is shortly to be rolled out and Gina's expertise will be critical to introducing this innovative product to the SME market. At every step we look to develop products that will match our desire to deliver real value and build on the trust we have with our clients. You only need to read this RNS and this company is going places, plus their should be a deal with a big internet company soon!! We are now in a up trend big gap upto 10p now as well,if volume returns More news due as well The first directory product with in-built customer acquisition guarantees is shortly to be rolled out and Gina's expertise | thinkbig?

In her new role, Bradbury will spearhead development and outreach of TouchLocal.com, one of the UK's fastest growing online local business and service finders. Bradbury brings with her a wealth of sales and management experience within the business directory services market. This is accrued from nearly 30 years in the industry working with companies such as Trinity Mirror, Yell plc and Loot & Loot.com. Following this she was Managing Director of Loot & Loot.com where she played an integral role in increasing operating profits and revenue streams across both the print and online sides of the business. Speaking of her appointment, Bradbury commented: "A niche but growing number of marketing professionals and small business owners understand the massive potential that local search presents to the local business owner as a means for attracting highly qualified leads to their business. I am excited about further enabling TouchLocal.com to address the needs of these businesses and deliver high value solutions to the SME market."
