8p that is how much they are paying? they kow something good is going to happen here. Intrenet company valued at only 4 mill this is way undervalued!! they have spent millions getting the infurstructure right it has taken over t years evry bit of [rofit now will go to the bottom line all i will say is Touch Plaza

The one who will lose out most is Isaacs, his got the largest share holding...i think the placing will be at a lower price then 8p or they wont get all the money they need.

Since 21 March 2006 spread widened from 10.7% to 12% and if bought then, now 21% gap between original 7p offer to bid ouch! Placing announcement @ 8p? !

Immediately you've bought sitting instantly on losses of 12% plus costs.Trapped and locked in waiting for a rise of 21% + costs just to break-even @ 7p.hmmmmmmm.

Why pay 8p a share as well its because they carn't get them in the open market simple as that,if their was big sellers they would have bought the shares of them, but knowbody is selling in big blocks. This company will go private in a years time or just before they start making big profits

TB - You don't have a lot of credibility with holders and non holders considering your mindless ramping. I am a holder and following coversations with VI I do not believe it is intention to take this private. I have posted my thoughts above.
As for the 8p price he didn't want to be perceived as lining Directors pockets with cheap shares. Clearly they will only prove to be cheap if the company succeeds...only time will tell.
In future please stick to reasoned comments rather than mindless drivel.

I still cant get my head round why people will buy in a 8p placing to realise an immediate loss of over 30% (current 5.75p bid).

Im still having problems figuring this out, maybe its the reason why Isaacs said they will raise between 500,000 to 750,000. Perhaps his not sure whether he can raise the full required amount?

Mate - we're all in it to make money - if you make money by holding TOU, good luck to you. Just coz I hold a contrary view doesn't mean I can make money out of that view since the shares are impossible to short.

I do however prefer to make money by being long elsewhere with shares that go up in companies with increasing profits and cash generation, not ones with losses, cash burn and a financing crunch

Well they came out monday one day difference the results were good going forward so thats it for now not wasting my time posting to your comments anyway i will have the last laugh and be a lot richer as well!!

Don't think so will will see were TOU is in a months time!! you will look the idiot not me, lets see what you will post when this starts to move up never said any time limit anyway my gain your loss over the coming month.

My source says they have held some news back till they buy the 8p shares up,then their will be news out over the coming months if i was pumping and dumping i would have sold out,but as you can see i am still here.
