In addition to its usual services Totally is supporting NHS England through the provision of additional services such as the new service at Heathrow Airport, London, offering specialist support to people arriving into the country and requiring isolation. The list of changes to services and the provision of new services changes daily.

We also know the 111 Team has expanded significantly and continues to expand .......
But still a lot of unknowns to what further services we are providing .... Looking forward to the forthcoming trading update ..... As Microscope mentioned .....Mid morning ish would be a good time to release in the coming days ...

And we wonder why Italy has suffered the most.

Yep let’s hope it’s nothing that can’t be sorted with Boris. More important things than share prices currently.

Likewise, I would respect whatever decision the BoD make...

It's a fair point that health companies do pay divis regardless of the current situation, look at banks whilst there was austerity..

I think it will be very disappointing if they drop the dividend and I don't think they will. They have the cash to pay it and they always have said that having started they intend to continue. Companies pay dividends period. Nothing negative from my point of view wrt the NHS.

Nobby,
"Why do you think the dividend will be dropped? There should be no effect of the crisis on their cash position"

Nothing to do with the cash position as I think they will still have a strong cash position.

More to do with the NHS working hard to combat Covid-19 and as TLY are helping on the frontline, it seems inappropriate to pay a divi in such circumstances.

So for moral rather than financial reasons...

As a Buisiness ..... Re "111 Additional clinical services " ..... Hyperthetically
.... How does this sound ..... 100 staff @ £5 per hour profit = £500 X 24 hours = £12000 per day profit X 7 days = £84000 per week X 52 weeks = £4,368,000 .....
Any thoughts .....

Update probably any day soon now. A couple of the recent big contract wins were announced mid-morning if I recall correctly (certainly the Manchester one was). So could come anytime, during trading hours maybe. Shorts were caught out then, I'm sure, they won't want to be again, especially if it's a good as I'm hoping.

At least this time they know a statement is likely very soon, so they have a chance to close out now!

Wendy’s message wasn’t that ago guys or have you forgotten.

As COVID-19 sweeps across the country and affects populations on a global scale, the NHS and independent healthcare providers, including Totally, have been responding and preparing for a number of weeks to ensure our national healthcare system can continue to deliver care to the right people at the right time. At the forefront of this response is the NHS's 111 national triage service where Totally is making a significant contribution. Totally also continues to deliver its other healthcare services during this critical time of need and the response required from the Urgent Care team has been of paramount importance.

I guess it is likely that extra revenue due to covid will come in but at low OM, so as not to look as if one is taking undue advantage from the crisis. However, some areas are in a sort of freeze, (but will probably be compensated - substantially - once this is over). What this means is that with the extra revenue but lower op margin, the forecast NP is likely to be held, and with promising future income and wider margin, not to mention exposure to new areas (e.g. airports.

Thinking there will be some extra revenue in the year just finished, will just lead to disappointment. Anyway we will never know because we won't know what it would have been. I am sure the trading statement will be positive and that is all that matters.
