27/3/2020 13:03 | 1gw "In fact by saying that "The Company has requested additional funding from the NHS and Commissioners for the additional, enhanced services delivered" it suggests that there is at least a short-term working capital cost to this additional business." It seems clear to me that they are putting in the request due to Service Extensions. It says so in the statement!! "I would have expected some comment on what they are doing to conserve cash and to strengthen the balance sheet against any material business interruption that may arise as the virus situation escalates. " Why, it makes sense to seperate the operational effects from Covid-19 and financials. Last year the TU, with financial information was on 8th April, after fy end, so obviously they will the same again. Why should they provide half financial information like Byot did to hide the fact they have changed auditors(given their accounts weren't qualified)??? I see you're as clueless and as manipulating as you always were... | sikhthetech
27/3/2020 12:59 | Why would they want to conserve cash, the NHS are funding any additional work they are carrying out or did you miss that in the announcement. | grahamwales
27/3/2020 12:58 | Here he goes again miton selling out booooooring, when is the placing coming you were going on about. | grahamwales
27/3/2020 12:49 | So do you think this is Miton selling into strength? If you are asking for a view from an "independent" thinker, nobby, I would say that was a good operational update this morning. It allays any fears that they have already suffered a material business interruption, and confirms that they are picking up some additional business. However, beyond the comment that "the Board remains confident that the Company's performance will remain strong" it doesn't address the risk of future business interruption and balance sheet consequences. In fact by saying that "The Company has requested additional funding from the NHS and Commissioners for the additional, enhanced services delivered" it suggests that there is at least a short-term working capital cost to this additional business. I would have expected some comment on what they are doing to conserve cash and to strengthen the balance sheet against any material business interruption that may arise as the virus situation escalates. It may be that they are still working on that, but felt that they needed to put out an operational update in the meantime. | 1gw
27/3/2020 10:50 | THC is a new business only started in Oct... This is a perfect opportunity to build up their network of consultant/nurses for when operations resume. Also opportunity to build up their Account Management team. They still have vacancies listed and have removed closing dates. | sikhthetech
27/3/2020 09:10 | Meant Ireland not Northern Ireland. Doh. | grahamwales
27/3/2020 09:07 | THC Ireland Just one contract valued at £2 million. Potential must be huge across the UK. Contract no 4 on list. | grahamwales
27/3/2020 09:03 | Yes I held the vast majority all the way down but bought a lot more below 10p in the last week. This is now my biggest holding....and yes I have traded out of a few this morning but my core 700k are going nowhere; 20p is my first target for those. | nobbygnome
27/3/2020 09:02 | Good solid update on Covid-19 and how TLY is helping.. All as expected.. Additional funding because of Service Extensions. THC non-urgent operations postponed. Should get TU with financials soon after year end. | sikhthetech
27/3/2020 09:00 | Nobby always been in he just trades a few on the side. Where you been Del. | grahamwales
27/3/2020 08:58 | Aye, I take it you got back in Nobby! | deltrotter
27/3/2020 08:50 | You trading again Nobby lol. All in good time matey, let’s not rush. Long way to go yet. | grahamwales
27/3/2020 08:46 | Paying above the offer. This rise looks very promising. Strangely the bashers are conspicuous by their absence... | nobbygnome
27/3/2020 08:11 | Level 2 improving so a further increase in price looks likely.... | nobbygnome
27/3/2020 07:57 | Good solid update. . . lots of money waiting on sidelines ...waiting for announcements like this... | porky8
27/3/2020 07:53 | Dropped a long way recently. Should be trading around 15p Should bounce today but this stock has been mad lately, one minute looking great the next people selling way under the bid... | dave4545
27/3/2020 07:46 | 11-11.25 pre market.... | nobbygnome
27/3/2020 07:41 | THC still very busy. I’m sure new opportunities will come out of this terrible situation hopefully everyone working for TLY are well rewarded and all get through this. Demand for Totally's new insourcing business, Totally Healthcare, continues as diagnostic procedures still need to go ahead and its teams are ideally placed to provide such services to the NHS and other commissioning bodies. However, all planned non-urgent operations have been postponed. | grahamwales
27/3/2020 07:34 | Wonder if this service will be replicated at other airports also could it be something they offer longer term. In addition to its usual services Totally is supporting NHS England through the provision of additional services such as the new service at Heathrow Airport, London, offering specialist support to people arriving into the country and requiring isolation. The list of changes to services and the provision of new services changes daily. | grahamwales
27/3/2020 07:27 | Good point graham about no need for a placing. We all knew that was true but the bashers were suggesting one was imminent which is why we hadn't heard anything from the company. Of course that was complete rubbish because they paid a divi only 3 weeks ago but will shut up the trolls. | nobbygnome
27/3/2020 07:24 | Good update thank you Wendy. THC still very busy by the sound of things. No placing required NHS have blank cheque. Keep safe everyone at Totally. | grahamwales
27/3/2020 07:15 | And before the bashers leap on the postponement of surgical procedures at THC, which could be perceived as the only negative, this part of the business only started this year so is not really a great loss to the overall picture. Anyway it appears diagnostic procedures such as colonoscopies are continuing. The shut down of non urgent surgery across the NHS will increase waiting lists so will give massive opportunities for THC once the crisis is over. | nobbygnome
27/3/2020 07:08 | So nothing negative as I keep on saying and they will be receiving additional income from the extra services being delivered. However, it is very early in the crisis so it must be impossible to determine what the positive effect on revenue will be. The fall from 16p is completely overdone because the business has not been affected in a negative way and going forward as we go into economically turbulent times, the business is recession proof. A very satisfactory update IMHO! | nobbygnome
26/3/2020 22:41 | Well said and thank you. Our companies need our support in this tough times. | slicethepie
26/3/2020 22:24 | I would like to say I also don’t agree with what STT does over at BYOT. There is no organised gang and his paranoia is completely misplaced. It is time to bury the hatchet and move on especially in the current circumstances when we all have to pull together. | nobbygnome |
