Have a read of the header.. the other subsidiaries...

TLY want to be leading supplier of OOH services..
They also offer their services to non-NHS organisations..

Any company providing multiple services would try and sell other services to their customers..
basic business sense...

It was a straight forward question to what sikhthetec wrote

Please tell me what are these cross selling opportunities? I cannot think of any obvious cross selling opportunities other then promoting the use of urinary catheters in call center staff so they can continue to take calls without taking a pee break.

TLY is not just Vocare...
NHS 111 is ONE operation of Vocare..

TLY businesses also include About Health, Premier Physical Health and Optimum..

Also their businesses deal with NHS and non-NHS organisations...
