Yes indeed the prime minister did say that and many other things, some of which he has rolled back already. Even if there is more money given to the NHS supposedly to tackle the backlog, it does not mean that very much of it will go the way of this TLY shower.

Chancellor's Autumn Statement next week. We should see additional funding for NHS to tackle the backlog of operations.

"I want to make sure everyone gets the care they need and we will continue to invest in more doctors, more nurses and community scans to deliver exactly that," the prime minister said.

Wage hikes starting, TLY wont be immune, TLY is just a wage heavy business, awful business model.

This wage heavy rubbish isn't doing that well is it, margins going to be under pressure when the wage demands kick in.
Awful business, teenage girls manning the phone lines and reading from scripts.

During PMQs, Sunak reiterated his stance on reducing elective surgery waiting times and improving the NHS.

Sunak said during PMQs that he is committed to reducing the elective surgery waiting lists and improving the NHS.

Given Jeremy Hunt was ex-Health Secretary and Sunak raised NI contributions when he was Chancellor I think they will know the challenges facing the NHS and will therefore be determined to improve it as a priority.

TLY provide insourcing in all 4 UK nations and Republic of Ireland.
As part of their diversified business model, they also provide NHS111, Walk in Centres to reduce GP waiting times.

Quazie.

Time will tell. An acquisition takes a willing purchaser and a willing vendor.

The company is however yielding over 3% from a dividend that it is more than able to pay. Unusual for a company in growth phase such as this and I expect there will be more acquisitions

You have never for one minute been prepared to consider that the company may be overpaying for its acquisitions. Constantly ramping selective numbers but I do not believe the true company returns actually exceed its WACC.

I see that Sikhmyego has continued to push TLY as an example of good financial management on the ORPH thread. However, despite banging on about cash of £15 million (through crafty management of payables and receipts) he has overlooked the fact again) that the nett asset situation has further deteriorated from 1.8 million in debit to £13.5 million in debit once the huge intangible numbers are taken out....theoretically if not technically insolvent. Referance the September 21 balance sheet and the March 22 balance sheet

Mikeh,

"Making up director appointment dates"

You're talking BS. Both Hybrasil and my posts are correct.

I put in the fy2015 figures to show how the company has changed before and after BH joined.

Hybrasil, "Total spend on acquisitions" £51.9m And since Bob Holt joined in 2015..fy2015 is before BH joined. Exactly STT I agree The ramping is outrageous. Making up director appointment dates

Hybrasil,
"Total spend on acquisitions" £51.9m

And since Bob Holt joined in 2015..fy2015 is before BH joined.

period revenue, cash, adj Ebitda
2015 £0.6m, £0.4m, £0.4m
2016 £4m, £1m, £1.4m
2017 £21.3m, £11.3m, £5.6m
2018 £42m, £10.2m, £0.2m
2019 £78m, £7.5m, £1.1m
2020 £105m, £8.9m, £4m
2021 £113M, £14.8m, £5m
2022 £127.4m, £15.3m, £6.2m

So since Bob Holt joined, revenue up £126.8m, cash up £14.9m..

Recurring increasing revenues, £127.4m as of fy2022 (March).
Cash £15.3m
Paying dividends

Mcap £57m

And Mikeh thinks they are hiding poor organic growth!! lol

TLY bought those companies in line with their stated strategy to build a diversified business to fit the needs of the NHS, so they followed their strategy exactly as they said they would and now have a diversified business model..

Completely disagree.

I believe this is now completely undervalued by the market and is probably a likely target for someone who wants this sort of income

Nothing like acquisitions to hide poor organic growth. Short. 20p.
