Fantastic contract... virtually size of whole mcap.

They said in the presentation that they will be signing a huge contract to replace the one they forgo because it wasn't viable.

As always, the BoD do what they say.

The PH acquisition also proves to be an excellent acquisition.

Excellent contract award of a significant size and duration. 5 years plus possible additional 3 years. This was re-tendered “ against a new service specification and financial model”. At the last presentation TLY were clear that they have and will walk away from any contracts or tenders where the financial model doesn’t work for them. So IMO this contract must be an improvement on what was in place before and certainly one that they can make decent money on, which augurs well for future re-tenders.

On the other RNS today, it’s good to have confirmation that “Pioneer Healthcare delivered beyond our expectations and therefore achieved the full deferred consideration amount, agreed at the time of the Acquisition.”. Appears to have been an excellent acquisition.

Excellent contract win, they do seem to gain contracts of very high value compared to their market cap. Deserves to be much higher. Let's hope they keep coming in now

Induction Healthcare certainly look like a company which would fit nicely with TLY current business model.

TLy have a good record of acquiring and turning companies around.

In last presentation the CEO did mention they are always looking out for companies which fit.

Don’t know.
Anyone looked at induction healthcare whose shares have(as predicted)fallen quite dramatically.
Any one have any views if it would be a fit for totally. It looks like it’s not going to be profitable until the last quarter of next year which is 6 quarters away so probably not??

Their maiden dividend was paid in Feb 2020 and they have paid a dividend since, including during the pandemic, even though some of their services were closed due to them.
Those services are now operating again.
