07/3/2022 11:06 | A decent acquisition that broadens their core business and whilst not cheap appears good value and in line with the original 'buy and build' expansion strategy.I like. | longshanks
07/3/2022 08:27 | Be interesting to get further details at the investor presentation tomorrow. Always worth tuning in IMO. Wouldn’t say they got it cheap, that’s for sure, but guess they are confident in where they can take it in fairly short order and opens up new areas. | gbcol
07/3/2022 07:35 | Yes another good acquisition! They seem to have paid a full price for this one although of course the exact amount depends on the performance this year. | nobbygnome

07/3/2022 07:24 | Wow wow wow !! Without doubt the best deal and acquisition so far by Totally, so much potential in this one, a huge step forward. Let’s see how the gutter trash crawl out of the drains and try to put a negative slant on this one. Well done Totally management who yet again keep delivering what they say they will do. | footballl
06/3/2022 17:17 | buywell, Any technology which helps improve the NHS is very welcome. Apps to monitor patient's health have been around for years. In fact a company produced such apps for the NHS several years ago when they started pushing shared decision making (SDM). The process is simply moving forward but with the same concepts... The company who were creating these Apps was called Totally Health, a TLY subsidiary... ;-) So you're talking about things which have been around for years and which TLY are already involved in. lol "The SDM website is a tool specifically designed to enable patients to reach an informed decision regarding the best course of treatment prior to any onward referrals. 06/3/2022 01:04 | I think you have missed the point The obtaining of patient data records indicates the speed up coming AI and home based monitoring/treatment equipment with APPS needed is where it's at imo | buywell3
06/3/2022 00:12 | What planet are you on buywell. Obviously this helps TLY if it were remotely credible lol, (it ain't imho), but still you do come across as a tad delusional at times... :) As you said 'The remote monitoring of this group of the UK population alone is a huge challenge' Yup.... :)) | microscope
05/3/2022 23:19 | -------------- The adoption of " Virtual Wards " -------------- The new NHS plan for the creation of 'Virtual Wards' and how 'Digital Health' feeds into the adoption of the plan to create more of these wards ie patients at home in their own beds or in a care home setting. AUTOMATED Remote Monitoring of patients vital signs/data like oxygen blood levels, blood pressure , heart rate , are going to become increasingly needed to save time and extra staffing. In order to expand the system the UK Health Secretary Sajid Javid has revealed plans for an accelerated rollout of electronic patient records (EPRs) in the NHS. Sajid Javid announced these proposals in a speech at the HSJ Digital Transformation Summit, the aim is for 90% of NHS Trusts to have implemented the use of EPRs by the end of 2023. buywell opines that the NHS is trying to prepare itself for not only the continuation of Covid-19 as it becomes endemic --- but also to try to be better prepared for the next pandemic to come. A large proportion of the UK population have preexisting conditions that entail home oxygen therapy as part of their treatment eg COPD sufferers and the new long COVID sufferers for example. Plus people with heart conditions, diabetes , OSA and suffering from hypertension. The remote monitoring of this group of the UK population alone is a huge challenge Equipment that provides the requirements of such patients in their 'virtual wards' will need to have APPS that transfer data to the local NHS remote monitoring network so that in real time problems can be flagged as if a nurse was beside the bedside 24/7 taking readings. | buywell3

24/2/2022 11:53 | buywell, Remote consultation and treatments have been taking place for years and are the way to go. The govn started promoting pharmacies for consultations and minor treatment. Unnecessary visits to A&E and GPs are behind the long waiting times. It's all part of the continuing Out of Hospital care plans the govn has been moving towards for a while now. OOH is exactly what TLY do and so are in the right place at the right time. | sikhthetech
