So why are you constantly posting on the ORPH board? Why don't you just concentrate on shares you own and stop disrupting other boards. In short get a life!!

I will leave other people to do any research on ORPH, its far from the picture you paint. We will smash this years revenues any covid work is icing on the cake. Already achieved 95% of projected revenue for 2022. Chairman owns 7% of the business, last purchase at 26p. This mornings RNS you dismissed as nothing and shows your total lack of understanding and pure ignorance of its implications going forward, nothing to do with COVID.

Good luck to holders here.

M5,

ORPH...
Revenues expected for this year £50m
cash £15m

Their BoD over promise and frequently miss expectations. Over promise, under deliver..

Questionable cooperate structure.. PIs locked in for 9 months on 1 of their spin offs with the share price still under the IPO price..

Mcap £135m - 2.5x expected revenue!!

TLY.

ALREADY Recurring & increasing annual revenues £100m+++
cash £15m

Ex- divi tomorrow 0.5p

Mcap £62m - around 1/2 of actual revenues!!

As govn moving more to managing covid and more to Out of Hospital services, TLY are in the right place to seize the opportunities within their diversified business model, inc Urgent Care. Planned Care, Insourcing and the new earnings enhancing acquisition EFP..

You see the difference between my reply and compare it to yours and your mates on OO?

Provide a counter argument...

Take a look at Open Orphan guys, excellent news today. As always DYOR.

Excellent news today - great validation for ORPH's world-leading himan challenge model.

Finncap retain their 44p target, and summarise as follows:

"The results from hVIVO’s COVID-19 characterisation study have been published online; (i) supporting the safety of the infection challenge model, which could theoretically provide platform for testing therapies and vaccines using the original COVID-19 strain as well as variants of the virus, and (ii) providing detailed insights into the course of COVID-19 infection with potential public health implications.

This should enable Open Orphan to be able to contract/conduct COVID-19 human challenge studies in 2022, which are not included in our forecasts. We reiterate our target price of 44p, which still has upside from potential COVID-19 challenge studies and with the prospect of further traditional contract wins, the scope for upgrades in 2022 remains high, given that existing contracts already provide c.90% visibility to our FY 2022 revenue forecast."

excellent contract renewal..

It shows that TLY's diversified business model is not just NHS 111, as many perceive..

My thoughts exactly Nobby. There are not many suppliers of such services and if a supplier can consistently maintain standards there is little incentive for the trusts to go through a bidding process each time a contract comes to its end. Some will still feel this is a vulnerability but as they diversify their service offering and consolidate the sector confidence should improve. By that time the dividend will be making me very happy though

The initial worry when the Vocare purchase happened was that the business was reliant on relatively short term contracts. However the company has irrefutably shown that these contracts are renewed with high regularity. That ridiculous fall to 10p was complete madness brought about by the IIs with this concern. They were completely wrong!!

TLY's through their subsidiaries provide insourcing services to reduce the backlog of operations in all 4 UK nations and recently expanded their footprint to include Republic of Ireland.
Through their planned Care division, they provide out of hospital care such as physio etc

"We've spoken before about why we are doing that - in order to give the NHS the funds it needs to tackle the backlog that has built up, as well as tackling the long-term issue of social care."

"Put your ruler across the lows of March 2020 and November 2020 and see where this latest dip will turn positive"

You could have said the same a year ago but it never happened.

Have a look at a chart in the header.. a year ago the share price rose on news, from 20p to 30p..
then it looked like the share price was going to fall back (as you both suggest) but then come April the share price shot up again to on news.

So you're talking rubbish, as usual.

The govn are committed to reducing the backlog of Operations and A&E/GP waiting lists. They are also committed to Out of Hospital services.

Patience isnt always a virtue. 140p to 9p to 44p to 33p......some investors in rkh bought around 400p and have been patience for decades. Rkh is 9p now patience is not always the answer.....

To that end I bought a few more yesterday when the price went 33p offered and will buy more ahead of the ex dividend date next week. An immediate 1.5% return just for buying shares; what's not to like!

Tly share price history - the more good news is released the lower the share price drivels down. As long as we keep increasing cash keep winning contracts keep increasing revenues and profits the share price will drivel down to 24p.

As you well know STD most court cases against the NHS NDA's against him and settled out of court.

Why is it the government will not answer the shadow Labour Health Secretary's question on how many complaints there has been against 111 services

She asked last February and still waiting for reply.

But no one was using the doctors or A&E they were all told to phone 111 Instead and still totally could only manage £54,000 profit in the biggest pandemic the world as ever seen

Well do not mind the share price being the same next week as the dividend auto buys more shares.
Another 4 years of dividends' and can sell all the rebuys for the amount paid at the start leaving free shares.
Also it may be shorter depending on share price and dividend paid out in the future.
