Agreed with your above synopsis..

The investment argument for TLY is compelling and I look forward to the AGM/Trading update..

Recent Director purchases bode well too imo..

Pure speculation but wonder if they didn't increase the dividend because they have an acquisition in their sights.

H2 figures are due @30.09 so I wonder if those numbers will be available aswell?

The mind boggles but as always DYOR.

Millenium, I've brought this over here from today's Tremor lse and ADVFM Bulletin Boards....

brubru24, re your copy and paste of our resident Canute remarks....''I think it's best to trade and not get caught out again"…..

At long last, an admission therein that he was 'caught out'…..

Yes, STT lost his shirt in Blinkx (now Tremor) 5 years ago when he sold his shares at 50p, that’s around £5 in today’s money, if you leave out the 10:1 merger dilution etc for now. Those were shares that he had previously purchased at prices all the way up to £2.20 (£22.2 today). In those days, he posted about his purchases in Blinkx on the ADVFM board and I posted a dated and timed record of those events here. Back then he was posting that Blinkx shares were going to £3, (c. £30 in today’s money). The truth is, 5 years ago, while claiming to be clever, Mr Canute consolidated heavy losses on his Blinkx (Tremor) investment, from which he has never recovered. To add pain to his injury, Canute reinvested those lossy proceeds into Totally Plc. Totally’s share price was around 60/70p at that time. However, he had earlier bought into Totally Plc at higher prices than this, around 90p+…..
Canute said about his investment in Totally Plc. On the 2 Mar '14 - 16:40 - 2231 of 3524. I've put my money where my mouth is. I've a huge amount invested and all in my ISA……
Seven years later and Totally’s share price is just 36p. Is it any wonder he worries about getting caught again. He has been up to his hucksters in losses for nearly a decade past…..

This guy has zero history of successful investing. He is an absolute basket case. Ignore him.

NI waiting lists increasing.

"To tackle the waiting times, Mr Taylor said recently retired surgeons could work in "Covid-light sites".

"This stop, start approach to surgery is wreaking havoc on operating lists," said its Northern Ireland director Mr Mark Taylor.

"We are urging system health leaders to do all that they can to bring about an expansion of Covid-light hospital sites and surgical hubs, to allow surgery to continue irrespective of the peaks and troughs of the pandemic."

two late chunky trades..

I wonder if that's " The buy order" filled and TLY will now start to gain traction heading into AGM/Trading statement?

GBCol,

I agree they should increase the divi as that would provide confidence. My understanding for it not increasing was that it wasn't political but because of the uncertainty over covid.

The short term share price moves don't bother me as long as the trading and outlook remains good.

I would like to see them move to the main market and more director buys.

Remember Pace share price was also volatile with small trades.

The changes to NHS as mentioned in the govn paper should provide a boost to TLY. They were expected for a while. TLY are one of few companies who are well positioned for them.

GBCol - I'd put it slightly differently:

SP down 20% since the last (excellent) results so it’s very difficult to see what the trading statement can say to prevent us getting back to those still undervalued levels.

I'd rather they went for well chosen acquisition(s); better for long term prospects
and the dividend and share price can follow.

Hi CC. I think it's Bob Holt, former chair of SURE too?Bob Morton was the bad guy in the 1987 cult classic Robocop!

Having studied Bob Morton’s previous form at Mears group he’s a big fan of “Earnings Enhancing Acquisitions”

This’ll get the share price moving as the profits feed into EPS figures.

Bob and Wendy must be scratching their heads at the lowly share price but this should change with the opportunities that will fall into TLY’s lap.😊
