01/2/2002 16:09 | Eurosceptic Based on your comments about the bell, and earlier references to real ale drinking, I can only assume the results are out in the Dog & Partridge tonight. | purse
01/2/2002 15:10 | Wiggins also suspended,hope this bug isn't too contagious | cm44
01/2/2002 15:09 | Oh dear - just over an hour to the bell and still no news or announcements...Thin | eurosceptic
01/2/2002 15:08 | Where are the results. Looks like after hours | wynmallen
01/2/2002 11:14 | smugly i think I was going to top up today ! EIC - looks good ! | wynmallen
01/2/2002 10:58 | The guy who bought 60000 of these yesterday probably either knows something and is sitting smugly waiting for the shares to re-list, or is cacking themselves with worry... | eurosceptic
01/2/2002 09:23 | Results will be out later today (Hence no accompanying statement wrt the situation.I think the pub theory is spot on!) | trent harris
01/2/2002 08:54 | My apologies - those rules apply but since the half year ended in October it's not the reason for suspension as I assumed. If anyone's REALLY bothered about the reason, has a downloadable copy of the listing rules and regs. | stewjames
01/2/2002 08:52 | It's an AIM rule. Accounts have to be produced within 6 months of the end of an accounting period or the share is suspended until they are. Also applies to full listings, purse (actually, I think the time limits might be a little stricter for the interims for fully listed cos) | stewjames
01/2/2002 08:49 | Perhaps PG was in the pub celebrating the fantastic interim resuts statement he had prepared and after a couple of "real ales" (he does have a magnificent real ale society beard after all) just forgot to send them off. Completely understandable. | wjordan
01/2/2002 08:44 | I'm surprised there is no accompanying statement stating why the shares are suspeded. Usually such a statement comes along within a minute or so of the supsension. The statment is usually along the lines of: "Completion of the Company's fund raising referred to in a previous announcement is at an advanced stage. In view of the significance of this post balance sheet event the finalisation of the accounts for the period ended 31st October, 2000 has had to be delayed" | wjordan
01/2/2002 08:29 | shares have never been suspended before on interims as far as i am aware | bezzaberry
01/2/2002 08:26 | Announcement says that it is a requirement of AIM listing. That may well be true, it doesn't seem to apply to full FTSE listed shares. But as with everything with this company I'm afraid the cynic takes over and you suspect the worst. | purse
01/2/2002 08:23 | could be that the news is very good and they are stopping massive buy up by MM's to protect their share | bezzaberry
01/2/2002 08:20 | Oh Dear! Hardly likely to provide a confidence booster this is it??? | eurosceptic
01/2/2002 07:14 | Shares suspended pending release of results | pparkin405
01/2/2002 00:21 | yes PHONED totalise and they confirmed today | hectors house
31/1/2002 18:03 | Hopefully they will be out early rather than later | hectors house
31/1/2002 17:52 | I get that feeling tooo. Hope not as I am expecting better results this time round. | wynmallen
31/1/2002 17:36 | Why do I get the feeling they're going to announce results after market close on Friday (that really is the 'let's slip them out and hope no-one notices' ploy!) | stewjames
31/1/2002 16:09 | From one of the papers wasn't it? Unfortunately awards don't pay the bills. Not going to say more 'cos I'm not up to date with the current state of play so may be well wide of the mark. Not too long to find out! | stewjames
31/1/2002 16:05 | I've got around 18k worth. I feel this company has alot of milage. I heard that there Flowers service got an award ? | wynmallen
