Regarding 12's question, the M&M contracts charge the same rate on renewal +7%, maintaining the annual cost.

I get it ft, only rampers allowed here. I thought incorrectly this was a discussion board. Its clearly easier to shoot down a forum member asking questions than use some of your obvious accurate indepth knowledge and answer a query. The topic is not negative by any means. If you can confirm that the high initial registration fee for a TLD will stay the same in the future then I would consider that very positive.

To clarify share price target price was 46p, TLDH has 43 outstanding applications.

As explained above, the rec was based soley on Geo TLDS, I believe it is conservative for many reasons.

Happy here.

every post you have made on this thread has been negative
why upset yourself posting about a company that you clearly don't like or understand
try engaging with people who own shares in a company that you are invested in
i could tell you where you are going wrong with ple on the ple thread but that would be a bit rude and disruptive..
how is it going over there ?
cheers

So initially some TLDs will have a high registration fee, but after being registered and secured wont the following years resort to a nominal fee?For example, someone pays $5k for a years registration of racing.horse. If they then created a website/brand with that TLD. We cant say to them they need to pay 5k every year?

Parsons,it was good update, but I agree his valuations r v conservative.

I also agree with you treble, add in he was and using $10 - $20 registry costs, no account of premium TLDs, some which could carry high recurring revs.

No account of other TLDS, he says the BOD state they are V pleased with .horse.

I can understand his call tho as he can only work with with the information available.

V happy here.

Parsons
he is just finding his way with this.
Company will not give out numbers beyond the 20% take up on the geographics.
Neither does he mention the numbers possibility on on auction receipts(although I accept this not big beer compared to the global picture.
And the really big one does not even get a mention-CONSOLIDATION.I think you could put a 2 in front of his figure, if our management as as good as we believe.

I'm very happy with my positions, and do not really intend to invest further, but you never know.

Great update in RHPS. The projected T/O and profit figures for DEC13--DEC14--DEC15 seem way too low though. According to the forecasts they are DEC13--T/O £3M Profit £0.1m DEC14--T/O £5M Profit £1m DEC15--T/O £12M Profit £6m. I would have thought that T/O and profits for 2014 AND 2015 are far too low. What are your views Johnma and spiritfinder ? Finally he has a price target in two years of 46p !!

I personally don't expect us to get .app etc and the chances are whoever does will have massively overpaid anyway but I'm sure they will get enough for a good, solid business.

They have already picked up some great domain names. It is the level of income that can be generated from those alone that is propelling the share price. The recent downward drift is profit taking and lack of any recent update only IMHO.

I'm a shareholder of TLDH.

I need some reassurance here....

TLDH is the 4th(?) largest player in this sector?

Surely, TLDH does not have the financial muscle to compete with the likes of Amazon, Yahoo when bidding for the more popular and potentially income generating domain names.

Won't TLDH be left to pick up just the 'crumbs' from the table (with less, if any, income generation), and, hence the recent drift downwards of the SP?

Cant say i agree or can see any evidence of "80% ownership of NWR - revenues from that should even dwarf .LONDON". What evidence/data/assumptions are being used to suggest that?

.BLOG / .APP

There's been various discussions about TLDH going for .BLOG & .APP but the concensus seems to be that those particular gTLDs will be secured at a premium price beyond the resources available to the Company.

We obviously have the $15M allocated for one specific domain, again the speculation being that the external interested party may be Yahoo protecting its interests in Tumblr, which currently runs over 163 Million Blogs!

TLDH have a very clever strategy in place establishing itself in the Registry AND Registrar markets, with the advantage of the OPEN Platform (we can expect further update on that from the initial positive indications already given).

On that basis they're looking to challenge GoDaddy, 1and1 etc in the new gTLD Registrar space with the additional Revenue stream from OPEN.

The focus on the GEOS also looks to have been an excellent strategic move, especially given the high profile contracts secured, especially the 80% ownership of NWR - revenues from that should even dwarf .LONDON.

From that perspective alone, we have an excellent platform for Growth off the launch of the new gTLDs going into 2014.

However, what I'd like to see is the Company securing additional cash resources to be able to realistically bid for both .BLOG & .APP.

We're in a 'land grab' situation where once those particular Domains are gone, the party securing them will be able to capitalise on potentially Massive recurring revenues. The growth projections there are pretty astronomical as many will obviously be aware.

For me, an ideal scenario would be the allocation of limited stock to specific Institutions to secure further cash resources, in addition to that which should be made available from the Private Auction process.

That would be a Major boost for the Company going forward & its Share Price.

At the moment I have every confidence of the previous calculated Share Price levels in the 100-200p range being reached - with .BLOG and / or .APP, the additional revenues & Takeover premium, people can make their own conclusions on the price trajectory!

Thanks Parsons,

this'll be the year when the mass awareness / exposure for the new gTLDs occurs, as we've discussed previously. The .London build up should be especially significant for TLDH.

One thing I have taken note of is the irrelevancy of short term price movements given my own longer term hold & projection for the Company. From that perspective, I'll be spending a lot more quality time on those non market related activities as my PF is pretty well structured atm.

TLDH has been refered to as a 'money making machine' by published commentators & it's position / business model underpins that belief.

We'll have to substantiate the uptake from individual Domains but the focus on Geographics and their expected high uptake levels suggests the establishment of an excellent revenue stream for the Company - that especially so given the individual Geos involved and the 80% ownership of NWR!

That's why I have a great deal of confidence in the price appreciation of TLDH from current levels & within my own investment timeframe.

We're also going to get all those eagerly anticipated Private Auctions in the first half of the year so plenty of regular Newsflow there unlike the anticipated one in Dec which the company hadnt given indication of participating in - here, they've specifically stated the intention.

RHPS next week (I believe) & the build up to .LONDON from there.

Morning all,

Hope you had a good Xmas & we can all look forward to a very profitable 2014. I've decided to spend a lot more time on non share related activities, as my PF doesn't need micro managing.

TLDH is typical of that with a hold towards the end point discussed previously & beyond any short term price variances.

2014 should be a defining year for the Company with the momentum building up for the new gTLDs & the stock specifically.

Not least of that will be the massive exposure thru .LONDON.

It'll be great to actually get the Management feedback thru Dave Thornton's RHPS coverage coming up - he's already indicated it'll be extremely bullish.

I can see some Institutions getting on board now as enter into this key development stage for TLDH.
