This is and always has been a bag of bones. 1.3m T/O boys in this game in private companies billing that a month with good debt management. £300k for further acquisitions, don't make me laugh :-)

Some shops have a better turnover. Clearly early strategic objectives and targets missed by the proverbial mile!!

They are not going bust they are just going to rip off their investors. This is turning out to be a scam, some of their mates with a couple of mill spare will get the company for next to nothing.

Always tried to support the company and lost bundles on the process but I have to agree the end is very near. Either suspension or dilution to raise furthe capital. Who knows? It does not look good.

Isn't there a plan for a RTO which presumably will pay off the debt at a massive price to shareholders including the very real possibility of a delist.

It looks like a done deal to me so it won't be long before it is RNSd.

Shareholders are going to get ripped off big time.

Verulamium.
The move to AQSE is just going through the motions imo, just so they can say they did their best to save shareholders.

This has been planned since Hollingsworth left or even before that by the looks of it. Clearly Hollingsworth was againt the idea of an RTO and delist and was forced out.

I'd heard about the delisting from another source last week, turned out to be spot on. No idea how serious the Aquis idea is, or whether they're just paying lipservice it to while expecting to be turned down.Anyone bailing them out at this stage isn't going to want to share a penny of any returns with existing holders. AH wouldn't be keen on that, which might be why he's history.
