27/8/2024 10:00 | Good eye, Fenners. It is interesting to note that, in addition to TOM, Harland & Wolff is one of the other five companies due to come off the FTSE on 29 August. Imagine that. Two of the six companies to be 'tidied up' and struck off the FTSE for lack of trading were both chaired by the same individual. He's recently been terminated at H&W. How much longer can he last at TOM? | 1dutchman
27/8/2024 09:09 | Your usual negative post Vauch. don’t go then. | fairbanks3
27/8/2024 08:56 | is it worth the expense of attending | vauch
27/8/2024 06:14 | Nothing on the website yet re Alliance News of delisting (23 Aug). That said John Potter is still CEO. Narrative never drove attention to detail. | the diddymen
26/8/2024 06:54 | TOM found the shareholders that they needed to carry on their narrative. Stuart "I'll be back" Long was only part of the problem. Luckily given the anonymity of BBs the scammers like Reichsmart can hide and are not accountable for the impact of their manipulation. The losers disappear and write it off. It has been going on for centuries - well before the internet! | the diddymen
26/8/2024 06:33 | Still the company never hid it "Capital Structure Number of AIM Securities in issue / Issued Ordinary Shares 3,904,135,277 ordinary shares of no par value." NO PAR VALUE - they told iit as it is from the start. | fenners66
26/8/2024 06:30 | Years and years of B/S all comes down to an untradeable worthless share - and the other board said from the start of my questioning that we had it all wrong ! They cited an individual persuaded to put a load of money into this POS as "evidence" that he knew more that we did. I said having a lot of money to lose does not make someone smart or "in the know" - how does that individual (Matt Jones) look now ? | fenners66
26/8/2024 06:23 | According to Alliance News "Tomco Energy to be removed from FTSE August 29" Don't subscribe so not read it - but it seems that TOM is so kean to cut costs it may not even have done an RNS for it .... Still going to gloat stuart little ? We are still waiting...... | fenners66
25/8/2024 06:06 | Well, you can only ask him | fairbanks3
22/8/2024 19:28 | Best of luck trying to get Zac to be CEO | vauch
20/8/2024 06:15 | Fairbanks3 who has just posted on the gamblers thread last posted in 2009. No surprise that he then posted on another scamming BB - PET. We can only watch. | the diddymen
20/8/2024 06:10 | Hey Vauch, you are really concerned about the CEO. They don’t really need one. They can always make Zac a temporary one until they find a suitable candidate. Preferably an American from the oil industry, based in Utah. | fairbanks3
19/8/2024 14:20 | What are you guys planning? Do let us know. | fairbanks3
15/8/2024 09:02 | You can imagine the deluded thread are getting the bunting out and having a party , celebrating Tom's not dead , yet. Meanwhile the shares are still suspended because they could not pay to get the accounts done ! They are totally oblivious to the huge losses paid for entirely by the largesse of the shareholders and that after many years there will be nothing to show for it , except a "lease" for a bit of scrubland they have no money and no expertise to do anything with. Anyone could have got to that stage with just a few thousand pounds , and not lost £30million doing it ! | fenners66
15/8/2024 07:34 | Rmart. you have another message | vauch
15/8/2024 00:16 | Impressive how they have dragged this out, milking it for every last penny. | danmart2
14/8/2024 14:15 | On the money again Fenners, this is just delay by consummate professionals. If there is a problem kick it into the long grass. This is tried and tested and wins every time. McHaggis reminds me of the scene defending the bridge in the Monty Python and the Holy Grail film. | the diddymen
14/8/2024 14:14 | Yep unable to stand for 6 months | vauch
14/8/2024 13:14 | aha the disengenuous , are quoting the terms of Valkor loan and when it's payable. Whilst of course not referring to what we already know - Valkor HAVE been repaid some money since then. If I recall it correctly they have received 2 large lots of capital repayment since then. However since TOM do not publish accounts any more its difficult to see what the balance is likely to be currently. This cash would pay off creditors and allows them to produce the interim accounts. But by then it will be year end and with no further cash incoming they are back to last years issue (only a bit worse) getting a, the audit actually paid for b, the auditors to sign them off as a going concern. That was a stumbling block in the past -when they still had the BS narrative about TSHII This time they will not even have that. Oh and of course it will be October by then when it gets too cold in Utah to do anything until Feb 25 How do they keep the lights on to get to an audited set of accounts ? | fenners66
14/8/2024 12:22 | Byle took all of Toms money and then lent some more with penal interest.... Then agreed not to get some of it back until Tom had funding - joining in with TOM to present some narrative to see if any shareholder swallowed it and funded TOM some more. (We know this worked to an extent as we have been informed of a retail shareholder who gave them some more ) - but then got repaid for most of it anyway. In other words - we agree to wording that we will not demand money back and keeping your narrative alive, BUT we want our money back , and any you don't pay will be incurring massive interest cost anyway. | fenners66
14/8/2024 12:02 | So, has the fat lady sat down? | bungeetrader
