11/7/2022 10:26 | There are three basic charts ,nothing with 50 , 100 or 200 DMA on etc | jaynealex
11/7/2022 10:21 | you should have a charts tab, at the top of this page | minja19
11/7/2022 09:53 | Hi Minja , as I haven't got that chart ..is that testing pushing through the 50 dma, bouncing off etc | jaynealex
11/7/2022 09:37 | great reports from the agm. while we wait for that all important funding news, the chart suggests that after a healthy 25% ish rise of the last week, we will retest the 50 dma. just my view. | minja19
11/7/2022 08:51 | Markets are horrible :(( | joeblogg2
11/7/2022 08:35 | Well I expected us to push on this am !! | jaynealex
11/7/2022 08:19 | Carbon Capture Tech Is Taking The World By Storm By Felicity Bradstock - Jul 09, 2022, 4:00 PM CDT Growing pressure to meet climate policy promises has sparked a boom in carbon capture and storage technology. As the world continues with its addiction to fossil fuels, CCS could provide the net-zero solution governments have been looking for. Several state governments have already established strategies and funds to increase the number of CCS projects over the next decades, aimed at decarbonizing their economies. | goulding1215
10/7/2022 20:03 | Well Vauch on the basis that you were told that funding via a big player is on the cusp of becoming real, this would change the prospects for TOM big time. However do you really believe that this can be true in all the circumstances that have been examined on this board time and time again? | lopodop
10/7/2022 18:22 | Cheers Vauch, looks like you had very decent weather for the wedding and trust you all had an excellent time, especially when you raised a glass to JP ;) | ajj2003
10/7/2022 18:14 | Vauch .. you sound upbeat and confident. | ducky fuzz
10/7/2022 18:07 | We must not forget the value of the waist product { sand } this for Tomco has now moved into a high end product and worth a lot more than last quoted. When quizzed on this by a shareholder a grin from company and said a lot higher. | vauch
10/7/2022 18:01 | Hi All from what was talked about regarding Finance This is what I gather from the AGM. it is it is one funder with draw down as they progress along. firstly paying the land and getting drills underway. My suspicion is they want Valkor on board but forgot the question them on this part. They said the funding was such an issue due to the small amount needed, as the funders that where involved are on a different level eg Billions not millions. Smaller funders then wanting to much. but this loan is now on the cusp of completion. | vauch
10/7/2022 14:36 | Let's hope so, it was going to NT quite a lot on Friday. so we should push on tomorrow, just hope we get news soon to keep the gains, gla | talais
10/7/2022 13:40 | Hard to believe that last Monday we were selling at a meagre 0.37p and now we have recovered to 0.51p. Quite an increase in only 4 days. I would think that we will rise further on Monday what with buyers paying more than the offer on Friday. | ducky fuzz
10/7/2022 08:36 | Vauch As has been stated, the Board told shareholders the very minimum in attempt to assuage doubts. Once the dust has settled, doubts will come into play - this is inevitable. Ever since the Brown days TOM has moved from pillar to post and this is exactly what is happening now. The BOD has NO equity here and is set to gain, gain and gain whatever happens and BDO has gone along with it. So much for loyal investors who carry the expensive can and seem willing to condone it with humility and watch in disbelief as their hard earned dosh eVaporates. Will another non executive find reason to jump ship and when? | lopodop
09/7/2022 23:51 | "big question was funding but they were all tight lipped " Were not so tight lipped about 3 months ago when everything was going to be done by easter... "existing state rules prohibited CO2 extraction from tar sands" so after all the previous bravado of when drilling and income would start , they omitted to mention it would have broken state rules , funny how they never mentioned it / didn't know.... "it is hoped our permits will be issued in Aug " Hope , well we know where that has got them so far. But of course this does mean they have the "it was out of our hands " excuse to fall back on. "The sample cores produced very good results and the reserves report " and yet they have not RNS'd the results ? from drilling , to placing cores in some , what was it ? museum? to months going by before announcing results - why? "TS11 site sits on a very large seam of oil bearing sand that slopes down from the surface on one side of the site to deep down on the other. " and yet the "real " oil companies that have owned the land over the last 50 years never found it ? The last trade owner lost $100m but never drilled this easy to get to oil? The data used to site the drills is over 10 years old but other companies went bust without trying it...? As for being "positive" - I'm sure previous AGM's were very positive about Turboshale and RF after all turboshale is still the other thread name....... what became of them ? Vauch were any tough questions actually asked ? | fenners66
09/7/2022 18:38 | Vauch At least the BOD seem to admit their communication skills are rubbish. Why do you think they are so secretive, even at the AGM? Do you really think they have the skills to pull off the 'impossible' and if so is there evidence and track record to back this up. | lopodop
09/7/2022 16:58 | jaynealex, I agree, it makes sense to bring the wells programme online and generate an income stream that will partially support initial CORT plants costs. Therefore, I think finance for initial CORT plant purposes will come later with the income stream from the wells programme factored into the calculations. | damac
09/7/2022 15:40 | Ducky whether it's one source or many ..I'm pretty sure they won't get it " in one go" , they'll agree a facility or facilities and draw down on it when needed It makes sense to fund the fringe projects first , get some cash flow and profit under their belts , then start the cort plant | jaynealex
09/7/2022 15:30 | Vauch / Goulding .. Did John say whether they were going for separate funding for the CO2 and land / Oil sands production plant OR the whole lot in one go? | ducky fuzz
09/7/2022 14:01 | So financing needs to be sorted by Sept 1st in reality for the drills to commence, so it's either this month or next month. If its next month they will need to extend the Valkor loan payment return by another month but its all getting a bit tight so im guessing finance deal is imminent,I.e days or weeks and not months. We have to be valued at circa £50+ at that point, surely. | thrgef
09/7/2022 08:45 | All sounds very promising Vauch with the financing the catalyst as you say. Once this is in place then very much game on for all projects. Great to hear preparatory work in full swing for the site in general, huge potential on all fronts. The major project set for early new year is a major plus. Steady rise from here as drilling permits and financing draw closer ;) | ajj2003
09/7/2022 07:13 | I do hope those still in Tomco by the next AGM will make it. As you should all be well of by then and Ducky could bring the prawn sarnies. It was sad so few did attend as other would have had question that had not been asked. | vauch |
