01/7/2022 11:19 | Not the finance that is causing the delays DF, it is the issuing of the drilling permits Tomco cannot complete the finance without receiving the drilling permits imho. Think you have upcoming events in the wrong order, one reliant on the other and so on. Good luck to all. | ajj2003
01/7/2022 11:09 | AJ .. TOMco has known for a while that the production permit will take a month or two from now [third quarter] so why would they have said that payment of the Valkor loan would be paid by 30 June now amended to 31 July? Obviously they can't control someone lending them the money by a certain date. | ducky fuzz
01/7/2022 10:38 | DF - why would you announce funding and start paying interest etc when you have not received the drilling permits yet. Everything obviously in an order and waiting for the first piece of the puzzle to drop then subsequent pieces fall into place at the set project times. Not long now with a bit of luck ;) | ajj2003
01/7/2022 10:31 | Another week over and no funding news. Be interesting to hear news from the AGM next week. I suppose the lack of funding news isn't holding anything up as we don't have the required permits yet. DF | ducky fuzz

29/6/2022 14:07 | Sorry Vauch and others, from Oil Price. Shell Warns Spare Oil Capacity Is Running Low. | goulding1215
29/6/2022 11:09 | Fenners66 Readers here should be most grateful for your very hard work in sifting through and analysing all the data on TOM that is available. You must have toiled long and hard to achieve very relevant and well thought out commentaries and questions - in fact BOD could do with someone of your calibre to advise them but you would be ill advised to get involved especially at this time. It's a shame investors such as RMART appear to decry what is said here. Time will tell though! | lopodop
29/6/2022 10:45 | Regarding how high oil might go makes no difference to Tom until they actually get production going. | vauch
29/6/2022 09:51 | What is not a good warning for Europe? | vauch
29/6/2022 09:36 | Not a good warning for Europe, if not official. But an incentive to TOM’s BOD and shareholders. Who knows how high Oil can go in the present scenario.aimho. | goulding1215
29/6/2022 08:55 | The likelihood is that most of the gamblers cannot be bothered to read through the accounts. So whilst a company has to report lots of stuff , they know a lot of it goes unnoticed by the casual. Professional investment companies have no excuse, they do, read it . That attention to detail gets reflected in what they buy and sell as opposed to the retail gambler. When those details are highlighted , say on here , its an opportunity for the gamblers to actually see what the professionals see. | fenners66
29/6/2022 08:38 | RMART The information published yesterday contains very clear warnings about TOM's future and the very serious risks of not being in a position to raise the enormous sums of money it requires. You may be prepared to risk all on the gamble, but there may be others here who are up to the necks literally on this one and do not want to lose their investment. Ask any shrewd investor about TOM and on the basis of the track record and published information, they will say failure is on the cards for many many reasons. They may also hint severe doubts as to whether the directors should allow this business to carry on incurring more and more deficits. So it's a very tough call for investors who may have already had enough. Should they accept your views or listen to many voices on here that are based on factual analysis and commonsense. | lopodop
29/6/2022 08:23 | No worries ;) | ajj2003
29/6/2022 08:04 | I have a feeling that the regulators haven’t finished yet, hence the 1-month delay. I might have read it elsewhere. No regulation, no drilling, no oil, no revenue.no need for finance yet. Simples. | goulding1215
29/6/2022 07:57 | Because you keep replying and promoting this thief of a director who's only interest his himself | wilson2
28/6/2022 21:49 | rmart these lines I quoted earlier are NOT standard AIM statements "the Group will need to raise additional finance in order to continue as a going concern." no surprise "the Group are insufficient to fund ongoing overhead costs for the entire forecast period to 30 June 2023. " Their warnings are real As for all the other points I raised Adding intangibles and writing them straight off again ? No mention of PQE or CORT - WHY ? Last year it was the greatest thing since sliced bread ? Answer : Its ALL narrative Its all about having something to pin the next fund raise on. | fenners66
28/6/2022 20:18 | It’s just standard wording used by many aim companies as you well know. | rmart
28/6/2022 16:08 | RMART Is it not standard wording for imminent trouble? What is the market saying for heaven's sake? Who thinks the market has TOM wrong? | lopodop |
