Groach and Potter need to read Rule 11 of AIM regulations and advise the market NOW IE NOT NEXT WEEK of any financial / funding news GOOD or BAD.

Good that you are analysing this - and have responded to your question. NED Castro was appointed to deal with the funding in February. No information as to progress. The market should know for better or worse in a few days.

THE chairman HAS to ensure compliance with 11 of AIM RULES.

I have asked the supporters on here , what does TOM own.
What is their USP?
Sure they may have some deposit on a deal , but no cash.
So anyone who lends can drive their own terms.

An IOM registered company litigating in US. Yes impossibly costly for TOM and where are the funds etc. What if the documentation is flawed which is frequently the case in US. TOM will need a massive placing for legalS.
TOTALLY POINTLESS comment - THINK THINK and don't forget directors love gullability.
Rest assured if SB wants out, he will go and to hell with GREENFIELD. HE CAN FOLLOW THE PRESIDENT's example no less.

The real issue is to confirm that VALKOR Is willing to continue its relationship with TOM through the GREENFIELD arrangement. Does VALKOR have confidence in TOM itself?

VALKOR loses very little if GREENFIELD is unable to carry on its project. It has insured the risk through its direct PETROTEQ RELATIONSHIP. TOM on the other hand WILL BE .... !

So rather than be concerned about VALKOR attention has to be focussed on TOM's expertise. This is where there is a complete vacuum of information and why the market appears in continuing despair.

IT boils down to assessing GROACH and POTTER not VALKOR and BYLE!

From LSE19 Aug 2021 07:56https://www.valkor.com/crosstrails-3/The link above details the onshore energy services and areas of engineering expertise covered by Crosstrails Engineering, the Valkor subsidiary.Crosstrails Engineering, subsidiary of Valkor, provides engineering and consulting services to the Oil and Gas industry. We specialize in the analysis and design of Gas Processing and Upstream equipment and facilities, delivering complete solutions including engineering, procurement, project managment, installation and process improvement. I work in the procurement of M&E services and their capabilities appear to be excellent with design, supply and installation of standard, bespoke and modular componentry across all sectors of the oil and gas industry. They are not just an installer however, they remain on site to monitor and improve on processes as part of an ongoing facilities management role. A proper EPC player. Maybe not as big or renowned as multinatonals like JGC or the like, but I'm more than comfortable with what they are bringing to the partnership.

GROACH and POTTER need to understand the market needs reassurance that Greenfield remains a GOING CONCERN within the full meaning of the term. So far there has been no indication that GREENFIELD is or is not a going concern. However as this is a critical moment, the market will be nervous about GREENFIELD's status until the Board gives a positive update.

With many unanswered questions and the logical expectation of a placing, the share price has to continue along its downward trajectory.

The plant to be demolished, so how does this interfere with the 10,000 barrels they say are going to be producing by 2023 , that's just over a year?

hotfinance14,

A couple of points…..

1. The submitted amended NOI has yet to be approved by DOGM.

2. Petroteq themselves state that POSP will maybe only be used until the end of the year for demonstration purposes only and at year end a decision will be made on whether to demolish the plant or not…..

“Now that this process technology has been proven and is third party certified, the plant may be used intermittently to test varying ores or demonstrate the process to potential funding parties for a future 5,000 barrel of oil per day commercial plant. It is anticipated that the existing demonstration plant will process no more than 500 CY of oil sands ore per month between now and year end when a decision will be made regarding the plant’s demolition or continued use.”
