JV between Tomco and Valkor/Lafayette looks like high possibility now. Valkor do the groundwork, both companies share the costs and profits. |

1D, they have never been a credible company. That they have kept going so long is testament to the ability of the markets to squeeze a sponge dry. The Board have little cash and no strategy which will be a cue for Directors' remuneration first. The great news is that not one of the Directors will lose any money because they have never invested in this POS. |
