Well the open offer has been fully met and all cash has been raised, three production pods so circa 6 wells now to come in.

Good to see such great support, I know how other companies never get their full backing at moments like these.

Just a little tease... You'd be out of a job if you actually bought in. I also think it's very presumptuous to say LOTS of holders are waiting to sell, you don't know this (and what does 'lots' mean?).It clearly is a long road to growth in here, but holders still believe in the board and the plan, I see this on twitter, lse, etc.Good luck with your investments.

Billyboy- are you nuts. I see little chance of Tlou being well north of 6p for months yet. There are a lot of tired holders here now waiting for retender issue to maybe give them a slightly better exit price. The route to market is the 100MW RFP, and a good chance we don’t here the award until Qtr 1-19. The Transaction Advisor, whoever that ends up being, will see to that......

Sats - what about the gaggle of preachers all through 2017 saying Tlou is great; hallelujah and all that. Led from the pulpit by Evangelical Tidd. Some would now claim, given the ways are not playing out as per his frequent sermons and references to the good and great sources of Unofficial research etc, that he was and is a False Prophet.

Wind it in mate; have the decency to admit you and your side called things way over-optimistically. Instead of trying to undermine pretty much the only person who urged caution throughout. Don’t let your pride get in the way of an apology !!

"CBM Re-tender

Tlou is still awaiting information from the Government of Botswana on the proposed re-tender of the Request for Proposal ('RFP') for development of up to 100MW of CBM fuelled power plants in Botswana. The timing of this process is not in the Company's control however recent communication has suggested that an update is expected soon.

Being one of the most advanced CBM projects in Botswana, with gas reserves in place, having environmental approval for upstream development and a mining licence secured allowing the Company to commence development operations, the Company is very eager to receive this document and review the terms of the tender. Although not yet confirmed, there have been positive indications that the re-tender may be substantially different to the original tender, to facilitate the lodgement of a compliant bid by tenderers. Once further information becomes available, the Company will convey it to the market as soon possible."

Proof of Tlou disingenuous nature.

Clueless talks about other Offtake opportunities - SAPP and CNG. Ability to sell to SAPP requires them to connect to grid. To do that, they need consent from BPC. The 100MW will require a PPA from BPC and given this is a pilot gas to power proof of concept, well call me stupid but I don’t see BPC letting an unproven energy source connect to their grid. Even the company admit this - they say the quickest route to market is the RFP. So why does Clueless and Gilbore keep referencing SAPP.
CNG - no market exists. So yes it is an opportunity but one to be built from the ground floor up. That will take 3-5 years before achieving any level of meaningful scale. But don’t worry - the gullible loons will lap it all up.
Can somebody tell me please why they have changed their messaging from being The most advanced CBM companies to now being One of the most advanced CBM companies.
The RFP has stalled (yes it will get going soon), the messaging has changed - what next piece of unexpected news is around the corner.
At least this time they are preparing us for it.
