I suppose the more you post about me means less time to post your self-flagulatory tripe and non-news in Tlou. Surprised you haven’t twigged to that yet.

Question - how many of you have previously shaken TG hand?

As for the idiot that thinks 326m isn’t a lot of shares - OMG.

Kenmare - was once a FTSE 250 company and probably will be again sometime. It’s comparison with Tlou is about as relevant as 99.9% of the posts made by you lot.

It would be tricky to do what he does on the phone. Ask a silly Q, get a solid answer with proof... awkward silence... ask a different silly Q without acknowledging the points made

I do hope that next time TG is on a publicly available conference call, Donkey, that you join and actually voice your concerns with the company. I was on the last call and most definitely didn't hear you speak up, which seems odd for someone who, despite not being invested, stalks the forums for the company.

(Before you say who are we to assume if you are invested or not, you have mentioned gloating at any share price weakness and made many other comments that show you are not invested)

What sizeable equity? 326m shares is sizeable? I’d disagree.

Not exactly billions and more to the point why don’t you tell us how many shares your KMR had before share holder wipeout and 200-1 consolidation. That was billions wasn’t it? Sounds a little bit of contradictory.

As you were told before, SHG was pre-revenue and sold for over $1.1bn. Plenty of companies are pre revenue and sell for multiples, what part of that don’t you understand?

The fact Tlou will be getting revenues is a bonus but it isn’t needed to organically grow the business.

You not learnt that yet?

Did I say I saw it as a negative - I don’t believe so. But with a sizeable equity %, cash in the bank, he is now drawing 75% of salary. A pre-revenue company...

Just as others posted this was (mistakenly interpreted and) seen as a real positive, I am just providing a different perspective. I mean, when all you see are rosy cheery things through your own eyes, maybe it takes a donkey to provide perspective and reality

But to be clear, you think it's a NEGATIVE that TG takes less than his contracted salary and saves the company money during its infancy?

Oh really - he didn’t draw 50% of his salary in 2017, and now says he isn’t drawing 25% of his salary in 2018.

You tell me ....

Little donkey, little donkey
On the dusty road
Got to keep on plodding onwards
With your precious load.

Been a long time, little donkey
Through the winter's night
Don't give up now, little donkey
Bethlehem's in sight.

Little donkey, little donkey
On the dusty road
There are wise men waiting for a
Sign to bring them here.

Do not falter, little donkey
There's a star ahead
It will guide you, little donkey
To a cattle shed.

I like how Donkey manages to find a negative in TG taking 75% of his salary.... he's still taking less than his contracted amount...

“So good old TG increased his salary by 25% - now drawing 75% of his salary.”

Can you read an RNS properly?

More like salary is nearer the 37% mark of total. That’s a 63% saving. Point in case on why you can’t help but mislead.

Donkey, worth noting, are you aware that we are in 2018 and with first revenue planned for 2019 the maths doesn't add up with you saying "2 years from revenue". I'll help you out, 2019 minus 2018 = 1. I can TRY to simplify it further but it'll be tricky.

No one would expect anything amazing from a quarterly report... it's a quarterly report.

How rich are 326m shareholders likely to become due to running a gen-set on site and saving on some diesel. If the company is managing on a petty cash basis for 326m shares, then I respectfully suggest they start thinking about earning $$$s instead. Plenty of time for operational efficiency drives when there are substantial revenues and margins start to tighten up.

I suppose that is more lies and mistruths.

Correct cdawg with a second generator planned to come online, saving of 100,000litres of diesel.

Cost reductions continue all round.

Haha Literally about 5 minutes before Donkey's post I said to someone "he'll post, he'll just be sat there thinking up something negative to say" then voila! Like clockwork haha

Nearly forgot Tlou have been running the on-site generator on gas for quite a while now - this should also add nicely to the reserves upgrade

Tony Gilby sold Sunshine Gas on gas reserves alone for over a billion $'s. Just so we're clear.

Was there anything new in the quarterly - now I didn’t think so. So good old TG increased his salary by 25% - now drawing 75% of his salary. Does this mean all the others are now drawing their salary in full again ?

Actually I don’t mind that they do - but just remember it is an exploration company, becoming a development company and 2 years away from first revenues. Just so everyone is clear !

Expanding reserves expected from recent seismic mapping, further gas containing coal bed sampling and our CEO showing his commitment by reducing his salary by 25%. All points to very positive 2018.

The Managing Director Tony Gilby has elected to waive 25% of his contracted salary from 1 January 2018. The waived amount will not be payable by the company at a later stage. Mr Gilby has waived 50% of his salary since 1 January 2017. All other terms and conditions of his existing contract remain unchanged.
