Because the 'Tribulations' of trials are extremely costly...And I'm sure we all know how much they have to fulfil there with such a 'Significant Pipeline'...So is it all becoming clearer now as to why you won't 'Realise' the immense value here...just don't forget the 'Champ' hey!

By the way, why does it even concern commercialisation, they were looking to license were they not...again your incompetence is very plain to see buddy!

Just need to ask yourself , why a company with sufficient money in the bank for the next 2 years feel the need to make arrangements to access such a large amount of money.... Perhaps they are now aware they have something so big on their hands that they know they will require a substantial amount to progress the product asap. Just my thoughts but they must have big plans for something. "What", is the question. We may well get some further pieces of the jigsaw in the coming RNS,s. GLA news imminent.

Company is lining up everything nicely....Marketing, Conference, Positive RNS, indication to sale shares on ATM in US (as they may have sense the Sp will sky rocket on the news) so they are ready to raise capital at higher price..All that is now required is a great RNS that's due imminently. .........................................................................................................shelf offerings usually are arranged to coincide with a company bringing new products to the market, which, will negate the automatic dilution and subject to the potential of the product increase the share price value.IMO I am in favour of This view, which would normally in the case of the pipeline result in less dilution due to taking advantage of a higher share price.Think this will follow the previous " ATM " transactions, but, who knows fully how it will play out administratively?All ducks being lined up nicely and I am sure a major will still take us out sooner rather than later at a price acceptable to all shareholders.good luck to all genuine share holders.
