Significant Liquidity that..wait for it...has a two year cash runway without any accommodation for contingency should any untoward instances cause delay in the future...and they will happen won't they Mr BioPharma considering!

Great earnings by MSFT, made a packet on RIDE, BGNE, diverting a little from my Biotech investments with RIDE & MSFT, now making up just under 90% of my family office investments! Pt for $TLSA is $12 for me by year end.

Looking forward to the next RNS here. Sensible posters know that drug development needs a lot of cash and Tiziana has access to significant liquidity to really push the pipeline forward.

The only reason TILS would tap into a fund here, is if they fell on something fantastic, E.G. results from trials, which they could expedite production of, or if some form of JV, or fund/institution wanted in on the action, they have lots of cash, and more available for the unknown.The Company's budgeted expenditure for the full year 2021 remains $30m and budgeted expenditure for 2022 remains $28m; in both cases the expenditure totals include all clinical and general and administrative expenditure. Cash and cash equivalents as at December 31, 2020 stood at US$62m.For the avoidance of doubt, the Company has no immediate plans to offer or sell any securities pursuant to the Registration Statement or the ATM Program.

latest RNSs as confirmation of two things:1. TILS is ambitious and feels it has products in development with the potential to become market-leaders or has identified off-market targets with the same.2. TILS is shifting its liquidity focus wholly to the USA. This move is designed to tap into the massively liquid US money markets right at the time a new president is re-starting the printing press. TILS have recognised and acted on the fact that firms listed and raising capital in the USA have much higher P/E ratios than here in the UK (on average). That basic fact means finance in the USA is much cheaper for existing shareholders (much less dilution for the same $ raise). This is a massive plus point, from an overall returns perspective to LTHs
