Yes solid numbers much as indicated in the AIM conversion document. I am not sure that there is much new here to drive the price forward - would like more disclosure on Korean business. Stock price seems solidly underpinned by cash generation and no doubt this has meant that the share price has been resistant during the latest sell off.

Very undervalued. They must wonder what they have to do to get the share price moving, but it's just a reflection of overall nervousness obviously.

Look to be good solid results to me. Not sure whether anything will motor much in these current turbulent times though but it will all blow over at some point in time.

Looking at share price drop today I am reminded how good the EPS are here ; if the old broker forecasts of around 18p this yr are correct , then these are still a good price.
And with all that Korean income , relatively Brexit - proof.

209 paid. This is a stellar rise given the market backdrop.

Bit of volume today has just taken the mid-price close to £2 again ; I like the look of that, even if the spread is almost 15p.

Let us hope so. I have held on tightly some would say grimly for a long time now. Share price has been very stable through the turmoil of the last few weeks and moving nicely now.

6 weeks until results , is the share price recovery portentous?

Downgrading of the listing to AIM from Premium is in my view negative.

There tend to be several drivers typically:

1. Advisors see the possibility of increased fees. Both Nomad fees and an easier route to share issuance, and it gives them more freedom in choice of the parties to which shares are issued.

2. AIM rules make many things possible for a board without reverting to shareholders.

3. IHT planning, but that's likely to be removed in the not-too-distant future.

4. Related party rules are much slacker, allowing a paid Nomad to judge what is acceptable and what is not. Irrespective of what they say, that is rarely in the interests of shareholders as a whole.

5. If they need to move fast on an acquisition, it is often felt that asking shareholders to vote is an inconvenience and time hurdle, but the reality is that it is unlikely to really get in the way of the deal.

So, this move certainly does not have my support, and IMO is likely to be ill advised.

?? Management IHT planning - Also more interesting, potentially, for PI's IHT planning plus nice dividends - At the moment - Downside potentially costs of listing and need for Nomad

Initially, I can see some logic in the move to AIM, proposed today:

1). It should make any corporate deals easier, while it is not clear what options are open to the company, a rejigging of the Korean assets (which now make up such an important part of the group) maybe could be facilitated (cheaper and less reliant on shareholder votes);

2). The inheritance tax status of AIM shares might be attractive to some of the large individual long-term shareholders on the board - with 5.5 million irrevocable acceptances it is clear that the main non-board shareholders have given their support.

3) Lower annual listing costs - although with a quarter of a century on the main market it seems unlikely that now (when the company is trading well) that reducing listing costs has become a critical factor.

Good to see the trading in line confirmation in the statement.

Main market to AIM proposal announced and co-incides with further share price weakness.

The Board considers that the Move to AIM is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders. The Board believes that AIM provides a more suitable regulatory environment for a business of Titon's size and structure, and provides more flexibility in relation to corporate transactions and equity fundraising, should such opportunities or initiatives arise or become relevant to the Group in the future. Certain shareholders may also benefit from particular inheritance tax and stamp duty reserve tax exemptions in respect of their interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares which are not afforded to shares that are admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market

Presumably because the MMs did not have the stock at that point in time so would not accept the order electronically. Had it here before because it is a low volume stock.
Price has stayed down for now.
