Holy so what type of recapitalisation do do you think is likely?

They do not need to raise funds, they have funding, £15m available via Midcap. Satisfactory recapitalisation is required.
Recapitalisation is changing the ratio of equity and debt...this can be achieved in many ways.
Equity recapitalisation is the raising of funds by a share issuance to pay debt.
The ONLY debt TRX have is the 2M from the first tranche plus 0.7m drawdown all from Midcap. WHY would midcap insist they pay this back before lending more?

Now please answer my Q. How will they raise funds in your opinion?

There are several different types.. equity recapitalisation being the most common= new placing shares just accept there will be a placing!

And yes i would like them to spell it out in an RNS...Thats what they usually do is it not. What they generally do not do is say months ahead they are going to do a placing...

MidCap has agreed to add the repaid $5.5 million of Tranche One to its commitment amount under tranche two of the Term Loan, which consisted of $5.0 million and now consists of $10.5 million ("Tranche Two"). Access to Tranche Two and the final tranche of $2.5 million ("Tranche Three") of the Term Loan remain in place, however the drawdown of these tranches is now subject to MidCap's discretion and satisfactory recapitalisation of the Company at that time.

They have no money.... they are talking to their brokers about restructuring for gods sake do they have to spell it out? Let me ask you this... how will get the funds they need?

Thank you for your reply...please show me where it is written in black and white?
Does a placing equate to "restructuring " the company? You know and i know there is no reference to a placing, its apparent to most on here you are just here to try and lower for a cheaper entry or add.
i am topping up next week...but i am happy to pay the going price at the time.i would rather pay a little extra and not walk around with my head lowered in shame.
If i thought you had a genuine belief and good reason to really consider a placing arrival then your opinion would be as good as everyone elses...as yet you have shown NO.NO..NO..NO reasons.
You are saying the MIDCAP funding is going to be a non event?

Holy..i think a placing is coming because in the rns it’s written in black and white that funds will last until the end of march and that they are considering funfing requirmrnts . Also in the interview hebsaid that they are talking to their brokers regarding how they can restructure the company so clearly it wont be s bank loan .

stocktrend2 you have every right to your own opinions, and you have made yourself clear as to what they are, but please do not keep on preaching to everyone else on here if they have a different opinion to yourself. You have become just like a "Holy Joe" who cannot wait until someone with a different opinion to yourself posts their thoughts, so you can jump in and tell them they are wrong !!

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth stocktrend2, hold onto your shares here if you have any, or buy some if you don't - the gift horse will reward you - imo.

I feel Mr Woodford had made the right decision adding Tissue Regenix to his portfolio of investments, but time was not on his side and the "make a quick buck" brigade wanted to see returns much quicker than it was taking.

Of course stocktrend2 the above is my opinion, which coincidently looks to be much the same as others on here.

Good luck to you in whatever your opinion tells you to do with your money.

Watch the video and read the RNS as many times as you want....
ST2 you interpret what is there because it fits your agenda.
i interpret what is there differently because i do not have blinkers on...i have no agenda, just a genuine interpretation.
IF you want to change my opinion i am open to you doing so...but you will have to do better!!
Please give some clear and precise reasoning as to why a placing is coming.
Thanks.

It’s quite simple this stock is way undervalued, it’s basically been forced down to this ridiculous level. TRX is not even in the same league as other stocks at these prices. I see massive upside potential for patient holders....TRX future is very bright indeed, expanding globally, huge demand for its products, the company could break even this year for crying out loud. The 1p levels will soon be left behind, that’s to the upside. The market cap should be over 100m that’s around 10x from here, Forget Stocktrend2 stupid remarks. Best filter this troll. DYOR on this company and you will see the huge potential yourselves.

Nothing is a loss until you have sold as such. If you are here for the mid/long game then a buying opp lower than now would be welcome.

Well i for one am lost as to your logic about a issuance of £10m worth of shares. Can only think you dont really mean it...just trying to scare inexperienced investors into selling so you can enter/add cheaper.
Luckily ...dont think their will be many that gullible.
BUT admire your persistence!

Not really as my scenario is highly likely and there will be no rise from that share price for several months if they raise say £10 m at 0.70

Best to hold as you well know. And a nice cheap top up - if - your scenario plays out.
