No! it's a figure that if mentioned in an RNS some red black aim mug punters would conflate with an imaginary price paid for the first tranche of a £10 million death spiral subscription.

No one has bought any placement shares at 504p,
The subscriptions can be exchanged in the future after the endless reset dates, the 504p is a complete moot useless figure; the holders of the Death spiral subs can just wait for the price to reset as the share falls and then convert at discount at the new lower price selling forward at each and every time on mug punter bounces.
This will be at 110p in the next week or so when the mugs realize no one has bought anything at 504p or are they going to.



"The Subscription Price of the Subscription Shares will initially be equal to GBP5.04 per Share, representing a premium of approximately 94% to the closing price of Tintra's Shares on 15 December 2022. Subject to the Floor Price described below, the Subscription Price will reset after the initial month to the average of the five daily volume-weighted average prices selected by the subscriber during a specified period immediately prior to the date of the subscriber's notice to issue Subscription Shares, less an 8% discount, rounded down to the nearest pence."

It's gone from +60 percent to -20 percent on fairly low volume today so your not wrong.What is there to look forward to on todays news though - literally everyone buying today or the last month on the hype is now looking for a bounce to break even.
