Strategic Investment

The Board have been informed by Tintra that it has agreed to sell 359,006 Ordinary Shares that it currently holds at 80.78p per Ordinary Share to a strategic Asian-based investor (the "Investor"). Once the sale is completed, which is expected before the end of August, the Investor will hold 2.94% of the Ordinary Shares (post Admission). A further announcement will be made once this transaction is completed.

With number of shares issued increasing to 10,152,136 and number of shares with Directors and Others at @8.4m that leaves @1.7m or 17% in free float out there. That is a large reduction in the free float from previous 30% levels. Will be interesting to see how the share price moves with change in shares in issue which is going to double from 5m to 10m next week but where the number of free float shares will have almost halved.

Re the conversion RNS just issued, the previous 30 June 2020 RNS stated:

Financing Update

Entry into a Convertible Loan Agreement

The company is to enter into an unsecured convertible loan note agreement, for a total amount of £415,000 with a small number of investors, some of whom are existing shareholders.

Also TINTRA as a 29.9% holder must now be highly motivated to grow this business exponentially going forwards as it would be almost impossible for them to cash in their stake here now. Thinking outside the box matters here.

If one is successful with own strategy one should not change it imo.

I get by I stick to my own ways. It's made me money for nearly 30 years when it comes to shares

I agree, I'm just too old fashioned in this game to adjust to the madness.

I resent paying way more than what others are paying, but others have no problem.

It's so illiquid that it could easily squeeze back up to 100p on tiny interest, works both ways, somebody sold 36k for 36p when it was 48p bid online the other week and I guess if somebody tried to buy that amount now they would be charged 65-70p

It's that kind of thinking that stops people from joining the party and then missing out on the future. Try to put aside the envy and focus on the potential here and what the new CEO can and will deliver. There are some 4,000 shares you can invest in on the LSE/AIM markets so hopefully you can find one you do like elsewhere.

UK pi's are the most generous people in the world.

While the big boys pay a fraction for their stock they pay 5-10 times the price.

There's no way on earth I'd pay 50-55p when Tintra are converting their 10p stock
and diluting the stock but a couple have

Tintra are now holders of 29.9% of the shares plus good news on the CEO delivering his vision re banking licence in Qatar. More news coming soon re Lottery division disposal. I think the new guy will deliver here and in spades.

Must admit I expected a drop due to the 10p option price conversion so really happy to see this share re-rating

We continue our analysis of the lottery business, which we expect to finish during August 2021, at which time we will submit options to the Board and announcements will be made that outline the plans for that business unit.

We have done a lot of work to rationalise the business and prepare it for growth. The process is not entirely complete, but it is materially so, and the team will complete it within the next 4-6 weeks at which time further announcements will be made.

More buying but small values and MMs raising both the bid and the ask, wonder what will this do when the news flow kicks in with the new CEO looking like a man with a plan here. Next update will either be the AGM or perhaps disposal news on the lottery business?

The Company can confirm that it has submitted all the required documentation for its application for a full banking licence in the Qatar Financial Centre.

Interesting buys today that follow on from last week's 11,000 shares buy. Looks like people are slowly taking positions here. MMs quick to mark the shares up on the back of today's buying of what looks like @10,000 (@£5k) shares. It really does not take very much to move these. Still valued @£2m MCAP.
