Totally baffled by this share now , usually when a company buys back shares the share price rises especially when it also announces a dividend increase and higher than expected profits.

Reasons for selling ? Tax reasons, raising funds for another investment, lack of sentiment in his investment in TL as a director? I think it's all to do with the buy back the company has indicated to do in the near future .

He has now sold around 170,000 shares, fortunately the share price seems to be recovering.

All very strange , why would a director sell when the results looked and reported as very good with dividends going up. I can only think the reason it's down so much is the company have asked the MM to drive it lower for the buyback .

No-one interested in this share. Very positive trading update, with figures up in each sector and in each geographical area. Market cap is about £650m. Last year's TO was about £3bn. It was loss-making last year. But it looks as if that will change this year. Too cheap. I have bought in today, hoping for a slow gentle re-rate up to about 200p by the end of the year.
