Just found the thread, thanks for putting this up. I thought this might be an interesting short if something bad happens to Tesla-they are a major supplier so might lose a few £££;. Having said that it might get taken over by some deep pocketed yankees so not without risk.

The pricing document says enough for me:

Non-current Borrowings €1,232.4m after part-repayment at IPO. (Plus 3.2m current.)

Most of the present spew of IPOs are PE exits (in this case Bain Capital) which aren't worth the effort of analysing, for me.
