19/11/2023 16:00 | Were the winds that bad up your way, we got some winds but nothing that would bring trees down, indeed my new fence easily held up to storm Debi or whatever fluffy name the last storm had | ![]() 2gekko
19/11/2023 15:37 | Went for a walk around the woods and fields at the back which we have not done for ages. Loads of trees down which I assume has been all the recent storms. | ![]() jonjonck
19/11/2023 13:14 | I could have got 5 for £6 or 10 for £8. Extra 5 for £2. Go for it? Yes I did. Have now finished Solar treating the new cycle cover and now time to think about going out for a walk or a drive and a walk. | ![]() jonjonck
19/11/2023 12:24 | Artnoon I can only think of tree or four leaf puns, that's a lot of wiper blades! | ![]() 2gekko
19/11/2023 10:45 | Good Morning. I cannot think of any leaf puns this morning. Casserole is made and in the slow cooker, started Solar proofing my new cycle cover and I have ordered 10 Dupont hybrid wiper blades really cheap. Like under 80pence each because as a wiper they are rubbish for clearing heavy water and pretty useless by design and some main stockists are selling off dirt cheap. However, I am hoping the rubbers in them are standard and I can use as refills for the Motorhome wipers. We shall find out soon enough. | ![]() jonjonck
18/11/2023 13:06 | Good bit of kit, I was blown away with mine | ![]() 2gekko

17/11/2023 07:11 | Ahhh yes, I get your drift. Good Morning. I have a new cycle cover for the Motorhome. They last me 2 years and rip, then I repair and get another 2 years with repairing. It is caused my the sun damaging the fabric. So I have a new one and have bought some tent and gear solar proof. Supposed to double the life of tents so thought I would treat the new cover and see how it lasts. I shall report back in 2 years!!!! | ![]() jonjonck
16/11/2023 20:59 | Well I really meant its so easy to send an e mail when years ago it took more effort to actually send a letter so whilst I currently get about 60 e mails a day, I did not receive 60 letters in the post 30 years ago | ![]() 2gekko
16/11/2023 19:59 | email? yes indeed, some people seem to think if they have sent an email they should have a response within the hour, and a text within minutes. | ![]() jonjonck

16/11/2023 06:51 | Good Morning. When I used to get too busy I would love getting field trips as a chance to get a break, but then on return more had piled up. I am still feeling a bit whacked out from battling the bad weather on Monday - really knocked me for six this week. Hope it is not me catching up with my age. | ![]() jonjonck
