17/11/2023 07:11 | Ahhh yes, I get your drift. Good Morning. I have a new cycle cover for the Motorhome. They last me 2 years and rip, then I repair and get another 2 years with repairing. It is caused my the sun damaging the fabric. So I have a new one and have bought some tent and gear solar proof. Supposed to double the life of tents so thought I would treat the new cover and see how it lasts. I shall report back in 2 years!!!! | jonjonck

16/11/2023 19:59 | email? yes indeed, some people seem to think if they have sent an email they should have a response within the hour, and a text within minutes. | jonjonck
16/11/2023 18:09 | I think it's worse now due to e mail, yes I got totally soaked in cold rain on Monday at Leeds and am sneezing now, my daughter said it was dry here which does not help make me feel any better lol | 2gekko
16/11/2023 06:51 | Good Morning. When I used to get too busy I would love getting field trips as a chance to get a break, but then on return more had piled up. I am still feeling a bit whacked out from battling the bad weather on Monday - really knocked me for six this week. Hope it is not me catching up with my age. | jonjonck

15/11/2023 06:41 | Good Morning. Correction - you could have done with my ...repaired...brolly I always enjoyed meeting people I had dealt with for years on the phone as well. It is now time of year to get the Motorhome MOT done. Bit of a pain being this time of year as result of the covid extension to MOT's. | jonjonck

14/11/2023 09:55 | Good Morning. I have repaired my umbrella after it got all bent and some threads holding fabric to stays broke. It turned inside out far too many times yesterday when going to the Dentists. Anyway all repaired and made good again. So that is my fixit for today. | jonjonck

13/11/2023 08:02 | Good Morning. Wet yet again but at least the temperature is warmer up at 9 degrees. I see the Good Mary later this morning to get impressions done for the new crown. | jonjonck
12/11/2023 13:10 | Yes I had suspected the conservatory could be the cause and it's the front two rooms that face North that steam up, its no big shakes wiping the water off and is only when pretty cold Make the mrs a cup tea, I used to have one of those lol | 2gekko
12/11/2023 08:49 | Good Morning. It is frosty again. You must have a source of damp somewhere and if other windows are not getting misted up then in the conservatory is most likely itself. As you have checked most things indoors try checking outside for signs of damp. However usually if it is coming in from outside especially at ground level. Might be worth buying a cheap damp meter to check all around the house for sources but my suspicion would be the supporting walls for the conservatory or even the floor around the edges. Oh look at the time, I better go make the Mrs J a cup of tea or will be in trouble.....again. | jonjonck
12/11/2023 08:33 | Morning It's a nuisance and I don't know why it happens, house was fully ventilated yesterday and heating was on last night, the air vent isn't blocked and I don't dry clothes in the house, it only takes a minute to wipe them off but it's not good | 2gekko
11/11/2023 17:58 | That is not good if you are getting the windows soaking all the time. | jonjonck
11/11/2023 08:54 | Morning I put some things from the wash basket along the bottom of the window and this morning no difference at all and the windows soaked, I guess it will have to be a dehumidifier or one of those Karcher things, it's only when the tempature goes below five degrees | 2gekko |
