Poxy cold thing left me with a cough which , needless to say, kicks off at night.
Apparently, at night, we lie flat and the lungy things can't clear the goo so easily , hence the cough.
Makes sense , I suppose.

Agree with Mrs Ig, get it done before tooth hurts. And tell her not to worry, the worse bit is waiting in the waiting room worrying about it. So don't worry as it will be fine.
