FFP is doing well thank you, the pain is being managed by some feminine drug for period pains, it has Lysine in it. Mrs FFP aka The Mac is out to pilatese tonight so I have to fend for myself. Pub seems a good choice. But there again I could have a really good fry up with all the trimmings, best look in the fridge...

Was reading up on the most efficient way to run a Combination Boiler (other than keeping Mrs Ig out of the shower)

As I understand it , it is the heated water returning to the boiler that is the key
Needs to be below the dew point on its return
Too hot and it does not condense. Interesting read not that I totally understand it yet.
