Dont try and make excuses for the bloody obvious and Revolution are trying to deceive investors with all their 'Spin' of continuing post-covid issues in the RNS...And those supply chain bottle necks have certainly subsided now but why are those affiliates of Revolution reducing stock in such a high demand/high turnover market of beauty, surely it can't be due to dwindling sales can it!

...And I'm honestly bemused by your thinking at times buddy!

We get it, market gets it. I'm afraid you don't get it. Some humility that you might be wrong. Plenty of fools who blow 20 years of gains on one position.

You just don’t get it really.

Completely different. Hence why Boots latest update showed growth of online beauty which is far more similar to THG.

Also your not quoting correctly. Is everything always a twist a negative spin with you? They have stated that their sellers are reducing stock because normal supply lines have improved and they don’t need to hold the stock that they held in covid times. Everybody including me increased their stock to 1 year worth as we were worried about getting stock. That has subsided. It’s very clear on the RNS. If you are not going to have a genuine debate then just stick to cutting ears off and cursing everybody that challenges you. It’s better than talking about something you know nothing about.

I tend to use seaweed buddy!

...THG is predominantly a 'Direct-to-Consumer' business but if Revolution is now stating that its affiliates are reducing stock because of dwindling sales how does it look for the beauty part of THG in future buddy?

...The impact is going to felt across the wider supply chain, make no bloody mistake!

Nah Frankel. That the best you got. You looked into your crystal ball there lol.

What does that even mean. Why don’t you spell it out exactly what you think is going to happen so I can quote you when you are wrong rather than vague comments that could mean anything.

You're correct in that THG doesn't work like that but the impact is going to be felt across the whole supply chain regardless as you'll see in the forthcoming updates buddy!

REVB is only relevant because some people were looking for positives yesterday. Firstly it was trading at 1 times revenue where as THG trades at 1/3 forecast revenue.

Secondly their model is mainly to stores and they state that retailers are reducing stock. That would suggest that a lot of their growth was retailers stocking up. THG doesn’t work like that at all.

Finally their DTC clients are selling less online as their stores are open. Well yeah duh. Boots is a better comparison if you really want to make one. Every business is different regardless of sector. THG Beauty is already trading at maybe 0.3 to 0.4 x revenue. Also THG has a lot more head room. I think rev beauty is now a takeover target.

There is no rights in the foreseeable future Simmons you cunning little fox. You do make me laugh though. You only appear on down days, im not going to go through all the same arguments again mate.

The rinse is nearly complete. The turnaround will come if the company keeps executing its strategy quarter after quarter over a year or two. With separation complete we will have individual visibility of each division. If Ingenuity needs money for example I would expect a spin off/partnership. However you know all this Simmons lol.

Jefferies have 1.2 and Barclays a quid. I’ve read the Barclays note. Ingenuity is not priced at zero. People keep saying that. It’s not true.

I wanted to buy at 56p but the rights puts me right off. I’d like Clarity on funding at the next TU. The debt markets are tightening up and it’s definitely risk off.

What is suppressing the share price The sector is down, a lot of the movement reflects sectoral trends and macros. Ingenuity Jeffries reckon 89m vs 108 to 112m guidance. But then Ingenuity is valued at zero yet has high Ebitda
