As per CITIGROUP note last week, absolutely nobody can argue the fact how chronically undervalued THG is, through manipulation and tiny free float.

One this the bidding process revealed in black and white, BOD and Institution holds circa 80% atleast, maybe towards 85-90%! And they are playing both sides. PI's have no impact and say. Just got to spot this massive opportunity and sit back, and let the shackles break, and wait for the end game, whatever the BOD decide, be it Take it Private or Separation. We atleast know Separation is complete. So news could drop anytime, once all the ducks are lined up!

Separation was a huge key milestone. So happy this is done.

THG Beauty/THG Nutrition/THG Ingenuity - 3 Global Leaders in their own Markets

BUY 1 GET 2 FREE, i say BUY 1 GET 2 FREE!

Currently valuing THG Beauty at just 0.7x revenue multiple LOL (Peers at 2-5x)

THG Nutrition/THG Ingenuity/THG Demand/THG Air/THG Hosting/THG Studios etc are all valued at a BIG FAT ZERO!

They have been manipulating this so much for so long, they have become greedy and lost all realisation to what the true value is! It's quite unbelievable.

this from Warpaint this am

AGM Statement

Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands , announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held at 10 a.m. today, Clive Garston, Chairman of the Company, will make the following statement:

"The Group has experienced strong trading in 2022 to date with the Group's brands' proposition of delivering high quality cosmetics at affordable prices resonating with customers, both in the UK and internationally. Sales for the six months to 30 June 2022 are anticipated to be in excess of GBP24 million (H1 2021: GBP18.4 million), a record level for the Group and ahead of the board's expectations at the start of the year.

"During the year to date, strong growth in the sales of the Group's branded products has been achieved in the UK and particularly in continental Europe, with other regions performing in line with the board's expectations. Whilst delivering sales growth, I am also pleased to report that this is being achieved at improved margins. Despite inflationary headwinds and continued high transport costs, the Group's gross profit margin for the year to date has been in excess of that achieved for the 2021 full year.

"As in previous years, the Group's sales are expected to remain second half weighted, reflecting Christmas seasonal sales, and with the Group having a strong current order book, ahead of the level at this time last year, I am confident that the Group will continue to perform well for the remainder of the year.

Good morning all.
Great post by you Roughandtumble. Explains Blackhorse to a tee. :-)
Not a very intelligent way to try and get your loses back by going to other BB's and telling lies !! He kept posting that IGR pays a 10% dividend !!
The new loan that IGR got came with a condition, that IGR stops the dividend and can't pay it again without the lenders permission !!

I have a word of advice for Blackhorse. Not my words but from the sage himself,
Warren Buffet.
Rule 1) " Don't lose any money in the Stock Market".
Rule 2) "Don't forget Rule one". LOL.

I hate to see anyone lose their hard earned cash, but some like him need a lesson in life. He must think that we are all mugs here !! So my advice to you Mr. Blackhorse is "Go and peddle your lies somewhere else".

On another note, I have heard a rumour going around that the Quarter Wealth Fund are running a slide rule over THG. Interesting times. A lot still going on in the background. Hence no share buys from the BoD.

I have just sold a villa in North Cyprus as it was surplus to requirements.
I want to do another top up here before any news. I am being a bit greedy as this kind of opportunity does not come too often. I hope the share price does not go up a bit before my buy.
GLA investors here.
Have a great day as I plan to do.
ATB.

Rude Health: How wellness has become big business !This week Mondelez International – the owner of confectionary brands like Cadbury's, Oreo and Toblerone – agreed to pay $2.9 billion to acquire energy bar maker Clif Bar & Company. It's the latest example of a company making a big-money move in an attempt to stake a claim in the growing wellness industry. In 2020, Mars Inc spent $5 billion to acquire the North American business of snack bar brand KIND. In 2021, Nestlé spent $5.75 billion to take control of some vitamin and supplement brands from The Bountiful Company. And earlier this year Italy's Ferrero – best known for chocolate-heavy foods like Nutella and Kinder – acquired Irish protein bar brand Fulfil in a deal reported to be worth more than €150mhTTps://www.rte.ie/news/business/2022/0625/1306758-wellness-industry-health/

Good morning !Just another angle on how massively undervalued thus is:Cliff bar and company had $900 million revenue...gets bought for $2.9 billion. Would be nice if THG could also get a 3x sales bid.THG Nutrition est 2022 revenue will be close to $1 Billion. Current market value for this division, like magic, tada, is a big fat ZERO, nothing, a tuck shop at school has more value attached!Share Price is a Bargain!!Soo detached from the real life business now, share price means absolutely nothing!!!

I thought the same about Blackhorse. He's said he's invested elsewhere and yet marks peoples posts down and adds a little twist of the knife. If the other company is so good, how come he hasn't posted there as often as he doesn't here.W@nker springs to mind. Here's to a great day!

Weaker pound means UK exports are cheaper, large USA PE also get more bang for their bucks. There are no supply chain issues which is very positive for THG

This is what Fitch had to say on THG's in-house Ingenuity platform last year. It would be Great to see similar headlines from media and analysts alike."THG's in-house Ingenuity platform and owned infrastructure represent a high barrier to new entrants, only matched, if only partly, by Amazon.com, Inc. (A+/Positive). Fitch's rating construction does not centre on Ingenuity's current or future earnings. Instead, Fitch's business-model considerations focus on Ingenuity's capabilities that facilitate THG's core nutrition and beauty segments in the direct-to-consumer space."hTTps://www.fitchratings.com/research/corporate-finance/thg-capital-raise-reinforces-positive-rating-momentum-14-05-2021
