My bird is a big fan of technicals..
On the upshag, it did a double bottom at £6 before shooting off...on the downshag, Level 4 has it doing a double bottom at 71p before the Skirtlift to £5.17
I have buy orders at 71p and 79p..my bugatti is positioned accordingly.
Please be careful..i don't think Matty's mate is going through with this deal..his birds mates have had time to capitalise on their shorts..i think they're gonna capitalise again from here, till they come to my buy order at 79p and 71p respectively ..they know I've seen the books..not risking it this time round

It’s control of everything he wants and he has it at the moment.
I don’t think he will split it.
It makes no sense from his point of view as long as he can fund the free float purchase.

In current takeover situation, can sell each division to a separate PE, ones who are willing to pay the highest price for each!

Currently prior to separation, only option is sell all!

Just one Example. After separation. Can list Ingenuity separately in US, Sell nutrition to PE, Premium listing for Beauty. Options suddenly become endless!

He won’t loose his Golden Share.
He will buy the free float to stop it.
Arguably its been in his interest for the share price to collapse.
But I am not accusing him of orchestrating that.
It’s just the way it’s played out.

Boix and that is why we have Charles Allen. Remember it is the law that all shareholders are treated equally no matter what their holding and that the BOD are working for the shareholders not themselves:)

The reason the share price is so low is because of the Golden Share he holds.
The reason he wants to sell now to his mates is because he will loose it very soon.
It’s now or never for him if he wants to keep control.
His wishes/wants are not aligned with shareholders.
That’s the issue right now.
So far the evidence points to the fact that he is definitely NOT a ‘friend’ of private investors.

Bob you need to take your head out of the clouds. Houses worth 600k now will probably be worth 450k next year. Business's worth 6bn last year are probably worth 4.5bn at best now. Everything has taken a haircut just harping on about the IPO price doesn't mean it's real, it's irrelevant tbh and no one is gonna offer more than 2.50 for this. I think it's 50/50 if a bid is gonna come in, either 2-2.50 or 1-1.25 if no deal. Sanks obviously doesn't play roulette so fair enough although I think 75p is never gonna repeat unless they follow up no deal with a profit warning (still don't see how they maintain forecasts in this economy). Bid talk to date so obviously Matty's mates he's hoping it sparks a bidding war. I hope it does but I'm not counting any chickens or ordering Lady ingenuity for 2022 delivery

Also don't forget the SEPARATION due to complete any day now (H2 22) will give MM even more negotiation power, he really does hold all the cards. Thr Separation is a complete game changer, as they said will give them huge OPTIONALITY.

They really thought he would drop the Golden Share, and they could do a 'buyout theft' by dragging the price so low, but they completely miscalculated, MM never gave up that special share!!

I agree Charles will do his job and support the share holders best interests and let's not forget that this is a bidding auction PE will have to declare their interests, there will be multiple PE with very deep pockets itching to invest. Also we have a weak pound 1.26 to the dollar, that makes UK companies look very cheap. If a bidding war does start then THG will defo be sold for a lot more than 2.50.

Hold on to your shares DON'T BE FOOLED!!!

All MMs mates have been quoted using the 250p narrative.
I agree it looks cheap but given where we are, we are not in a position to object to 250p.
If it didn’t come from MM he will reject it?
Time will tell but our views on pricing are sadly irrelevant.
It’s not just that the float’s too small but also that over 45% of the float is owned by institutions.
PIs views are absolutely irrelevant.
I believe he will buy the PIs out and which ever of the institutions take the cash offer - it won’t be a full takeover.
In theory PIs could resist but ……..???
We entirely reliant on MM doing the ‘decent thing’ and our newly installed Chairman doing his job!
I trust Charles Allen ahead of MM.
So far MMs actions have just enabled the shorts to leave with their profits in tact - That makes me suspicious?
I wouldn’t be holding my current position in THG if Charles Allen hadn’t taken the role.

We need to stop this 2.50 narrative THG as a group is worth a lot more.If you had a house worth 600k would you accept 300k just because the estate agents told you that's the going price in this area if you want a quick sale.If the group is allowed to split then you will see that nutrition/beauty on there own are worth 2 50 a share.It wasn't that long ago that Barclays valued beauty at 4 billion. The market is still valuing Ingenuity at zero!!!Crooks in suits don't be part of the great British 3 billion THG robbery.DON'T BE FOOLED!!!

Sanks, I know how you was feeling when you are way over your head. 20 years ago I lost a fortune on Telewest. A similar tragedy of shorts killing a good company. Nearly cost me my life. Never going to put myself in that position again. Stay safe and make a little and leave some in for the next man is my philosophy now. All the best to THG LTH.
