18/5/2022 17:01 | Imagine this for a second, MM floats the business at 6 and self congrats on great market timing. As market jitters gather some sense an op to short and make money as they felt it overvalued. We all know what happened next, but funnily enough gen market turns a few months later and retail goes to sh@t snuffing out a bounce. MM in his total frustration starts doing interviews etc and rails against the val achieving nothing. So then he thinks, I'll take this private and screw em all. Except when he tries to do that, he only gets tepid interest. PE offer 2-3 and he says no chance I want minimum 5. They say thx but no thx the market has changed and val multiples are hugely lower now. But rather than give up he touts the bids at results in a desperate attempt to kick start a share price recovery. A little interest results and share price starts to move up but nothing major results and certainly no bids anywhere near his target. Now you might think this is BS but could this actually be the reality. Just saying bids should come in at 5/6 because that was the float price doesn't take into acccount the market today | ![]() davidro77
18/5/2022 16:56 | Not concerned about PI movements latong around witj the sma free float it's the whe II buys that interest me. Follow the big money they are loading up. They know!!! | ![]() 1licker
18/5/2022 16:53 | Just want to offer a counter scenario, as it always worries me when ppl start talking about having life savings etc in one stock. For the novices amongst you, just remember that 65% of multi millions still leaves multi millions if the bet turns out to be wrong. Whereas 65% of a small investors portfolio would be a very difficult loss to recover from. So be careful however amazing the opportunity would seem. | ![]() davidro77
18/5/2022 16:43 | If it hasnt already over months and months of manipulation, we have big buys and it drops, never seen that before, always a first. Looking more and more ify. What are these 'dark arts' upto???? | ![]() zb27
