I bought some sub 113p, hopefully, 120p gets tested by end of the day. Low volume on the way down, whereas big buy volume early morning.

What does MM think the fair value is? Penny for his thought, fly on the wall.

Multiple parties and multiple bids turned down, and he said we can't say by how much it was short of fair value! Rumour is atleast 300p+!

Just tell us will you lol so these shorters and algos can incinerate. Hopefully in good time something will be leaked!

I would say atleast back to IPO level (this is worse case scenario. Business diubled since IPO, however climate has somewhat change, so lets just say no change from IPO time)

I am sticking with the folks I know here in Toronto who were calling a bid around £3.70 for starters.

What’s the view from holders on targets here? A £3.50-£4.0 offer is probably too low for me. I believe that this stock is worth considerably more that the £5.17 launch.

What offer would make you guys be happy to exit?

Let’s hope they don’t.
Any Directors buying shares would indicate that there are no ongoing discussions with potential bidders.

Bullish when the price breaks and holds above key levels. Price action has been in a downtrend for months. Will take more than the odd blue day to reverse the dominant trend. Long term positive

On the point of 'gap and trap' trick if you listen to that market maker video, the ones easiest to manipulate is the ones with a low free float!!! lol

On that point I agree. Looks like all strategic news is on hold for now. Absolutely nothing released on 21st. Clearly they are sat waiting for improved offers closer to fair value, before they take the next steps!

The premium listing won’t do much in my opinion.
But I don’t think MM will do anything until discussions with PE are totally exhausted.
So a long way off if ever?
Hopefully.

You need to be an imbecile to fall for these tactics. The shorters are dead in the water now.

What we just witnessed, a case study from this morning, DO NOT FALL FOR IT LOL...

A "gap and trap" occurs when something gaps up, investors pile in and buy during the first few minutes of the trading day, and then the market or stock suddenly reverses direction, catching the people who bought in right off the open.

agreed - dont fall for it. look at the volume after 90mins, clearly buy pressure and shorts and on loan panicking.
LTH arent going to panic - things are better for us with decent update and potential 4xPE to bid

Listen to episode 1 "Confessions of a market maker" on youtube 5mins on. It's called a 'gap and trap'. That's exactly what just happened.

Big buying at the off. Mm's pulled the rug, and now buying it back for less mmmm!
