Yes Frank we were both very fortunate Luckily i was more fortunate than you ! |
To just await for a capital event in any share is a mu_gs game my dear friend and I've already made my thoughts abundantly clear on the WG board that any premium is no more than its current valuation so there is absolutely no value in buying now because the risk to the downside is elevated.
...To conclude, you're simply a gambler that clearly doesn't understand market mechanics and institutional shorts increasing at these lowly valuations are no fo_ols because their risk is excessive in relation to a long so what does that tell you WM!...Enjoy your rather fortunate return and we'll reconvene when the sh1t finally hits the fan at WG! |
Frank pal I've played WG far better than you did U see i waited for the inevitable approach U sold out under 30 Were i sold out just under 40 !! Regards the bid Imo they are trying for a low bid of not much more than current share price Unless they have built up at least 30 percent of WG and go hostile by persuading other institutional investors to take the offer in mind They will fail !! Imo it will not happen ... ce la vie |
Are we referring to WG WashingMachine and why wouldnt I be okay as I'm not a fo_ol when there's a risk of aggressive T/O to keep holding eventhough everything is clearly against WG so just wait when nothing materialises with Sidara as their just playing to see how low they can really go unbeknownst to you...So let's hope you're not holding onto the excess baggage hey! |
NyBoy, that article is clearly lagging because following Nvidia's lacklustre forward guidance, a plethora of other compsbies hsving bad forward guidance & grim economic data, US economy is certainly not on a solid growth trajectory, supported by healthy employment, robust consumer spending and strong productivity that helps tame inflation! |
Hope you are looking at GBP ! The founding geologist at Greatland gold has a JV with them JUNO No other than Callum Baxter He's the most professional figure in the gold patch of Australia. His comments on JUNO and his usually unheard excitement of this project is worth a look... early stage ... GBP also have a Global status tier 1 oil license PEL94 in Namibia ( oil hot spot) In talks with a super major Possibly Chevron or BP .. speech over , but take a look. U alright Frank ? |
The analysts set a price target of 75p per share, reflecting a potential upside of nearly 94% from the company's recent trading price of 38.72p.This valuation is based on a blended comparison with peer companies in the Beauty and Nutrition sectors, applying an average free cash flow yield of 6% and an enterprise value-to-EBITDA multiple of 11x. |
February 10th, 2025.THG's Nutrition division, led by the Myprotein brand family, has faced significant challenges in recent years, including foreign exchange headwinds, inflationary pressures on whey protein prices, and disruptions related to a major rebranding effort in 2023. However, Jefferies analysts believe these obstacles have either been addressed or are set to ease in the near term, paving the way for margin recovery and renewed top-line growth.Myprotein, which holds leading market positions in the UK and Western Europe, has expanded its reach beyond protein powders to include vitamins, vegan supplements, bars, snacks, and activewear. Despite recent macroeconomic pressures, Jefferies expects THG Nutrition to deliver revenue growth of 5% in 2025, accelerating to 7.5% in 2026. The company's vertically integrated supply chain, combined with its strong brand recognition and expanding international footprint, positions it well for long-term profitability. EBITDA margins, which declined to 7.0% in 2024 due to cost pressures, are projected to rebound to 10.0% by 2026, with a longer-term target of 12%.Jefferies analysts underscored THG's improving financial trajectory, highlighting expectations of a 7% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue and a 20% CAGR in EBITDA over the next two years. The brokerage projects EBITDA to increase from £90 million in 2024 to £133 million by 2026, driven by operational efficiencies and improved profitability across both the Beauty and Nutrition divisions. In addition to its earnings outlook, Jefferies sees THG as a compelling investment opportunity due to its attractive valuation. The analysts set a price target of 75p per share, reflecting a potential upside of nearly 94% from the company's recent trading price of 38.72p.This valuation is based on a blended comparison with peer companies in the Beauty and Nutrition sectors, applying an average free cash flow yield of 6% and an enterprise value-to-EBITDA multiple of 11x |
Looks like the show is reaching its final act
The Pis on lse deserve what’s coming to them |
Not sure why the date says today ? Are they prepping an article and using a bit of copy paste ? |

Have you set-up your account permissions correctly Paddy for all the assets you want to trade and I think you're correct as my account has been set-up as a professional account so maybe consider doing that too as its cheaper with cost/commission but only when you trade and you have access to vast number of assets to trade in addition to a far more dynamic platform with charting capabilities. |
Not on margin Paddy but you can certainly long or short Crypto on IB, you just need to pass their evaluation to assume whether you understand the risks associated with trading cryptos. |
You can’t short crypto or long on margin in the U.K. without being a “professional”
Just keep looking here. Bets will come up. If you have patience I’d go for greatland gold. Tier 1 miner in Australia in the making. I’m only up 20 percent but have had 3 times could have took 50 percent but I’ve averaged up. It’s listing on the Asx in next months which should help valuation. Comparative basis it’s worth double today but the long term story is very compelling, debt free and now a producer making money. Actual money not that ebitda nonsense. Patience required but Goldilocks situation for gold. Here is a recent article before the Asx listing which explains why it is the gold deal of the decade. Likely 5 bagger over the next 3 years but if gold soars then who knows. It’s future mine has one of the lowest cost per oz in the business at less than a 1000 per oz so with gold at 2840 now and 8.4m oz proven up to date we are sitting pretty even if gold takes a turn for the worse. |
I use interactive brokers normally but if I'm planning to hold for longer-term and BlazerBoy, it's Kraken except their spreads are not very appealing.
Best to trade on IB! |

I've certainly noticed how Stevie on LSE has changed tack now Paddy so definitely one to be wary of with their ongoing agenda! |
