Fun quiz boys.

1. How much dividends can you pay out of adjusted continuing ebitda?

2. What did Charlie monger say about Ebitda as a measure of a business performance ?

3. How many times does the word adjusted get used in a typical earnings release by THG?

4. With dilution in the last three years how much would market cap have to increase just to keep up with dilution for an investor at ipo not to lose any money?

5. If a business is not growing, and the founder says it’s not for sale or break up and dilution is 3 percent how will any shareholders ever get a return ?

6. If depreciation as per the latest earnings call is 60 percent arguably accretive Maintenance as quoted , and the rest is maintenance then is ebitda a fair measure of performance as the business needs to make an extra 110m a year over reported ebitda to not lose any real money.

7. Why did the CFO in this earnings call say that most of the capex was maintenance but on the last earnings call Matt moulding said it all could be cut. Somebody is lying. Who and why.

What exactly would a partnership bring?

Moulding has made it clear that he has no intention of going the glanbia model and the online business is capped out.

The only area is a partnership in the United States because they are struggling there but as ingenuity has distribution one can only see a partnership deal being done because if the failure of MP and I don’t see anyone paying a monster premium for a minority ownership.

However I can be absolutely wrong and by Wednesday we will know.

Is disco city spy ? We all know he is devious enough with his DSmith1984 handle. Disco1981 and dsmith1984 who both live beside thg and know workers there. What’s the chances.

What value if any do you think a partnership brings to the tripe when you have such an uncompromising mu_g at the helm and which PE in their sane mind would ever consider T/O when it's underlying markets are so bloody cut-throat presently but google around and you'll see what I mean!

...You people honestly need to get a grip and the sooner the better because theres only one way this is heading in future folks...And just look at their financials, EBITDA here there and everywhere albeit with adjustments galore...Which if you weren't already aware with your years of investing experience, tells you that something is not quite right here so please don't fall for it because I promise you now some of us haven't just joined the bandwagon you call investing since covid!

...By the way, I'm short all the way Srs8/Paddy and certainly not anxious one bit with all this blatant hoopla because I know for a fact it won't amount to anything in future so its upto to you whether you trust my judgement or not!

We all know an update is due. Let’s see if it’s a banger then. More like an exit liquidity ramp. THG is as water tight as the titanic, if a banger was coming tomorrow I’d suggest half the country would know.

Good luck to holders if another pump comes. I need a higher price to short into anyway, but nobody wise could invest on the basis of a city spy tweet.

That said, I will be happy if some more genuine members take the opportunity to sell and be made whole or close to whole. I won’t be buying tomorrow but if you are already in I’ll be rooting for you.
