27/11/2023 12:40 | United Kingdom | Consumer | Consumer Discretionary | THG LN | Market Cap £868.0m | 17 October 2023^ THG Holdings 3Q'23 trading improvement keeps FY'23 on track BUY Next events Target Price 220.0p Publication price 66.8p FY'23 trading FY'23 results and 1Q'24 trading Stock performance Summary financials & valuation (£m) Calendar year January 2024 April 2024 Wayne Brown +44 (0) 20 3100 2082 wayne.brown@liberum. Anubhav Malhotra +44 (0) 20 3100 2197 anubhav.malhotra@lib Q3 trading is as expected reflecting sequential improvement. Profitability and FCF generation continued to improve with +£5m of FCF generation in LTM ending Sep, up from a –£20.6m outflow in LTM to 1H’23. While Q4 needs to be strong to hit FY numbers, the direction of travel suggests all is on track with September back in growth. We think the bottom of the earnings cycle has passed. We see numerous drivers for EBITDA expansion and believe all three divisions could drive >300bps in margin expansion over the next three years. We value THG on a SOTP basis, which suggests Nutrition is worth £1.8bn (2.5x sales); Beauty £1.3bn (1.0x sales) and Ingenuity worth £0.34bn on (2.0x sales). If the group does not restructure, then FCF and ROCE will be the key value drivers which will take time to improve but are on the right path. | havinthelasttoast
27/11/2023 12:26 | Seems I have got sucked in by reading an LSE post that said “Numis have issued a sell rating at 50p”. That’s the one they have had for months. No new report it seems. Lesson learned for taking anything at face value. Numis didn’t issue an updated note for latest accounts and were missing from conference call. Seems as things are improving they just going to do a franky. They reiterated with nothing new it seems | havinthelasttoast
27/11/2023 12:18 | Hehe. So where is the Numis report then Shelia ? Isn’t one. Larf | havinthelasttoast
