Toansy, defo some truth in the equity deal rumour, and if it is a low ball offer then this could explain why it has stalled.

I cant see MM letting it go on the cheap unless it was someone like Coca Cola.

He could use their customer base and distribution network to break into America.

Maybe a similar deal to that made by Pepsi with Celsius last year that is currently making good progress.
