28/11/2021 16:44 | tomorrow will be the optimal day for hedge funds to close the shorts they have on dozens of beaten up stocks like this one. The hysteria that was unleashed on Friday could actually trigger a huge short covering rally in the stocks that have already crashed in recent weeks. only airlines are really affected | ![]() dealy
28/11/2021 16:18 | Yep. Likely over reaction to the new variant but people are easily scared and worried now and online is just so easy. I think people started to realise on Friday a few things, in summary. This is a bargain, it's been hammered way beneath fair value, it has huge potential to see incredible growth and it will be a 'lockdown / covid disruption winner. It was 7 quid 2 months ago. Trading update was rock solid. Really this should be nowhere near 2 quid! | ![]() gregpeck7

28/11/2021 11:00 | Perhaps the analyst community have simply overlooked what has been created instead focusing more on the sum of the parts. Its only recently with global disruption over key periods the importance of owning your own fulfilment chain is starting to make a lot of commercial sense, not something you can easily put in place overnight either. During more settled times this would give Ingenuity partners a consistent and sustainable advantage over the competition, in present times it’s a necessity and could prove fundamental in gaining market share from those more reliant on third parties. Scalability is another ‘not so visible’ aspect of the Ingenuity platform, enabling on boarding of new partners quickly and efficiently with a proven and timely fulfilment model where reputations are hard won and easily lost. Lastly building a moat; The Ingenuity platform in itself is a substantial barrier to entry for new or existing entrants not only in time but financial resources, this is perhaps the view of Softbank who have already committed $730m in May of this year, the option to acquire a further19.9% interest Ingenuity may at present seem excessive but this only takes into account our knowledge, perhaps Softbank see other opportunities for Ingenuity. The valuation attributed to Ingenuity was agreed between the two main parties, have analysts asked themselves why would Softbank want to pay more than is necessary, that simply doesn’t make business sense and would be open to scrutiny from their own board. Fulfilment is a major part of any online business model with THG offering their own solution, should analysts now revisit the investment case with this in mind. | ![]() 1pencil
