Don't see any possibility of a full takeover near term at these levels, Softbank only bought in at around £6 a share earlier this year! Surely far more likely that the THG Board will be looking at value maximising options for Nutrition and Beauty which may or may not involve IPOs. No doubt both are very attractive to PE bidders, and THG will have other options to fast track its strategy, such as merging these units with other listed businesses, etc to focus on the Ingenuity tech platform.

Given recent CEX public comments, I wouldn't be surprised if a secondary listing in the US is also under consideration. There seemed to be little confidence in the London markets ability to value THG on a par with peers in the US, that's for sure.

Don't have a crystal ball, but recent Director buys, CEX upbeat comments, continued high growth, potential premium listing on LSE and a strategy seeking to unlock value from the various parts of the current business, all seem to suggest a 75% share price fall is well overdone. Next week should be interesting! DYOR

The Global Fulfilment solution is a beast and I believe very few companies can offer this type of product and service at this scale, so the barriers to entry are very high. Softbank for sure will be exercising their option for a bigger slice of this.And best of all, for the measly price of £1.92 you can all by a slice of the action. This part of the business is currently free, I'm not even sure how this is currently possible.Lots of positives here, new chairman, I think additions to the Board, the sales figures are going to be epic and I can also see more acquisitions in the pipeline!
