CGA wouldn't be suspended if TMG we're trying to offload the shares, anyway I thought there was a 1 year lock in period for these shares. However if another substancial CGA shareholder has agreed to take these shares off TMG then this other share holder could be making a takeover of CGA hence the suspension. just some lateral thinking going on.

or whenever.

perhaps if tmg reversed the 200 for 1 consolidation, they'd have enough shares to
take over both cga and padmozi - if they'd wear it.

just kiddin'

TMG suspended, CGA suspended.

Seems obvious but let's wait until news next week.

kibb2, go to asx.com.au. No further news on the reason. But news should be on Monday or Tuesday according to the RNS.

Where did you come across this news? Was there any further information at all regarding a reason?

CGA suspended. Definitely suggests a link to TMG.

the delay is interesting and suggests to me a deal will happen, as I mentioned probably a share issue.

The dollar is depreciating so fast that soon the debt will be irrelevant. ;-)

why can't mc/casten get with the program?

SOON

bbbb

bbbb, that would be CGA cashed up and netted off, so the fund
would be PSGM under a new team + Padmozi share price gearing

TMG will become a free carry investment for MC/Casten

( TMG debt restructure still a possibility )

does that mean minorities can behave like trustofarians, too?

cashed up and netted off has an empty pot sound!

bbbb

Kasty, may behave like that for a very short term before cashed up and netted off.

TMG will become like a trust management fund with holdings in two gold prodcuers.
