CGA wouldn't be suspended if TMG we're trying to offload the shares, anyway I thought there was a 1 year lock in period for these shares. However if another substancial CGA shareholder has agreed to take these shares off TMG then this other share holder could be making a takeover of CGA hence the suspension. just some lateral thinking going on.

CGA Mining due to make an announcement, will remain suspended until
the earlier of news or Tue 2 Oct 2007.

perhaps if tmg reversed the 200 for 1 consolidation, they'd have enough shares to
take over both cga and padmozi - if they'd wear it.
