I think that the 103% H1 revenue rise may have caused the spike, and they only traded without covid restrictions for 10 of the 25 weeks (half year statement)
Those results were very good.

Sorry phone, sent all these posts. Very interested in Fulham Shore, and think they are a very good opertunity. I think it will end with a takeover.

They already have a large unused bank facility I think so I'd be surprised if they needed to raise - unless it was for something big.

I see that Fulham Shore have changed nomad and broker with immediate effect to Singer.My hunch is maybe a fundraising. They have debt. But they also want to rapidly expand. Not enough existing cash flow to self fund rollout.They did manage to fund raise last August at a 2% premium to share price though. But that was when it was 6.25p...
