Value hunters abound here, pretty robust results, steady as she goes, this one is late to the Boris party but certainly Franco Manca restaurants are packed out in C. London.
Happy holding, added a few more.

Nellyb, tell Nanene Neill to explain collaboration after collaboration lol

Nelly , your posts just make VRS drift down, I think investors have all been duped.

Decent buying here today, hopefully the start of a long overdue breakout, business is booming at Franco Manca

nelly grow up, FUL is a lot better than VRS, you probably forgot to buy STX when I mentioned it on VRS thread in 50’s, now 185 and ready to go to 250/275p this quarter.
Get up to speed Sir

Last drop was a bear trap, I added on the drop.

My connections in the industry say Franco Manca business is booming in London, the new Manchester store opening will add value.

Great recovery play post brexit & GE

Happy holding and adding when the share price offers good value.

Also doing promo on Ubereats (at least in London) with free delivery, for a limited time. The reviews though on Ubereats are dire... My local stores get less than 4.0 ratings.

Manchester store is lovely btw & the vegan pumpkin pizza was quite innovative. Pizzas were just £5 each on a promo offer. Queues out the door. It has calmed down since, but it's still a great central location.

Quite alot of volume going through today.Side topic. McD reported that 10% of its sales now via Ubereats in the UK.Franco just started in Ubereats the last few months. Obviously not as famous a brand as McD, but if we can get a 10% boost to LFL sales per store by this that would be amazing.

The valuation is still racy here. Market cap 55m vs profit after tax last year of 0.7million.

Just topped up here. What I see is a second plateau at 10p, following the bottom at 9p. But a pattern of rising highs that keeps getting sold down on profit taking. I'm assuming that Christmas is likely to bring more footfall, and those highs are likely to see at least 14p in January. That, at least, is where it points for me! Always curious to see where the tea leaves indicate, and whether they come true...

Short term yes as Pizza Express stores close. But if PE survives through a CVA and gets rent reductions from landlords, it'll be in a more competitive position than Franco, from a rent perspective.

Will Pizza Express saddled with £1.1Billion of debt ...£90M in interest payment last year on that debt, I would say they could be struggling, music for the ears of Franco Manca, they have seen off a fair bit for of competition, so with Pizza Express struggling, it’s got to be v good news here imo
