Just plotted mgni vs tremor adr across the last 3 months

Mgni 32%
Trmr 40%

Both hit the very same bottom the Russell did around the 27th of October and huge rally since. This is just to say this rally is being driven by markets multiple expansion rather than a change in fundamentals of individual businesses.

We are seeing multiple expansion across all russel stocks as the index executes a huge xmas rally. Cross your fingers this extends into next year.

If the market is anticipating the right cuts in 2024 and we have no surprises (no bad news) then at this pace it will be a great year for all the small cap stocks trading in the US and with US exposure aka Tremor, and that's regardless of execution just purely multiple expansion and our multiples are still very very low so I expect us to benefit from these inflows.

Today is another example that there are strong market forces trading the Russel as it outperforms the other indices as if it is 2020 all over again.

Agree with Ragos, we could witness a strong and swift rally if the inflows continue, although I wouldn't aim for the 800bps but rather points where we have resistance. I think the next one is 210-220 something looking at the 1yr graph, then I think its 290bps after that but we also left a huge gap at 250ish (poor earnings release).

Why does the wretched trading BOT have to return today - it has been lovely and peaceful without the constant ins and outs all day ...if only the firm could pay the BOT a retainer to sit on the sidelines and not play on the actual pitch...not a lot of stock about atm so this buy back may take quite some while...

Well the chosen words around a potential settlement were 10s of millions but he made it clear he's not a lawyer and the matter isn't with him. Finished it off with a broader statement saying it would be something extremely meaningful for the business.

With regards the likely payout from the court case, I doubt it will be anywhere near the value lost in the share price as a result losing the ACR data and associated clients. Tapa7 said the company expect a compensation figure in the "10s of millions". Unfortunately the hit to the share price has probably been in the 100s of millions!

$20m Buyback has just been cleared by the Israeli court
