Approaching 31 months since the Alphonso complaint was filed at the Supreme Court of The State of New York.

We await the hearing to find on the pending motions filed on the 2nd August 2023, before a settlement conference can take place and then a potential trial can be booked.
How much longer can this be dragged out?

Well I agree with you. At least they had a better than expected guided q3. I hope the SBC is based on performance and not a blank sheet. I will aim to bitte against it if not. Not that it matters

I am not a great optimist here - but there is a clear message in his words about being cautious in his forward estimatesI am hoping this time he has kept a sufficient buffer in his back pocket to come in ahead at year end and claim the new sales management are having a motivating effect on the workforce or some equivalent PC narrative .. ie he has decided to actually try to get the share price up at last :) I stress this is all hope but high quality new sales management will want share options that appreciate and won't tolerate what we have been through ...

I have a question Sikh. As you often tell the board how astute you are in your decision making regarding your investment timing….. why did you ‘load up’ TLY at 90p 36p 15/16p….. why not put your cash elsewhere until it got to these 5p lows? Several posters (you call them derampers)were warning you many months ago of the red flags and to get out. So would you say you’ve got it wrong on this one as it stands or do you believe paying the price you have for a stock currently at 5p was a shrewd investment.

1gw and Barkboo been extremely busy deramping TLY. They obviously running scared.




All those stories 1gw came out with haven't materialised.

Note hundreds of trades, yet only a handful of PIs. No evidence of significant selling by IIs, who own 46-47%.

Therefore, it's the scaffolders and their multiple ids doing there usual of deramping and manipulating the share price Who else claims to have a gang of friends and trades 100s of times, Barky and his gang

Company confirmed no intention to fundraise, director buying, new contracts worth £14m announced during H1, around 46-47% held by IIs, over £100m in revenues, still winning contracts.

Mutherdruker…..my thoughts exactly,I personally would not want Ofer to plunge into a buyback while rinsing the revolving credit facility…..there is a time for a buyback and reading the last results it’s not the time…….even though the share price is attractive,financing through this storm is priority….
And let’s not forget the millions spent on past buybacks has yet to bear fruit so another much smaller buyback could be absorbed by the same system that rendered the others impotent?

For the folks counting down the days to the buyback, I reckon we’re 77 days in and nothing. Think it’s fair to assume that it ain’t happening.If they’re not generating cash in the near term then they can’t fund a share repurchase. Typical Tremor management won’t come clean with investors, just say nothing. Meanwhile the markets are racing ahead, all our peers well off their recent lows and Tremor still at languishing. What will it take for the IIs to act. As for the court case, four weeks since the last deadline for submissions and not a cheep from either party or the judge
