Seems like you've been here for a while Gadgie. I have only gotten into adtech towards 2021ish... it was a sector that was booming at the time with roku, ttd, etc. and I thought of looking at a smaller player with bigger potential in the long term and found Tremor. Little did I know that small caps were going to take a huge hit with inflation and a shift in monetary policy (you live and learn, at least I now know what the red flags to look for are) but that gave me a chance to average down over the last 2 years and I now have a considerable position ready for a favourable macro economic environment.

I bought heavily (way too many) at 120p on the way down from 240, then averaged down and ended up at £6 after consolidation and was waiting for ...£10.

So LG have until the end of the month to submit their arguments to close and/or redact the remaining documents in the case. Let’s say it takes the judge a further 3 weeks to rule on that,he should be in a position to set a trial date for Feb and with a bit of luck we get an out of court settlement ahead of the trial if the case is solid. My prediction is a 50m settlement will move the share price to £3 and 100m to maybe £4. That would represent fair value compared to peers. Any further gains will depend on results so who knows what that’ll mean

Offering opinion is what discussion boards are about. Claiming that information comes directly from a company source is an unacceptable deceit. I would also question the positivity of some of the commentary . The idea that management would settle for 30-35% Ebitda on-going is nonsense. When the ad market recovers and if the company achieves the scalability which the business model is designed for, then I’m confident management will expect 40%+ Ebitda. That could take another 12 months but without that aspiration you can kiss goodbye to the prospect of the share price achieving £8 again.

Mostly readily available market information presented as a positive wish list scenario. All good!

Regardless of validity it does highlight some of the very positive possibilities going forward, so nowt wrong with that!

Most here will be sat on substantial losing positions so I guess we will be waiting just a bit longer to see if any of these potential positives come to fruition.

Roll on 2024, at least we are heading into the post pivot macro environment which should be far more bullish than the last few dreadful years created by Putin.

I am extremely proud of the fact that VIDAA plays such an important role in Hisense's continued growth in the global Smart TV market. Our owners and the largest distribution partner will end the year as the second largest manufacturer in the world, shipping 27 million Smart TVs globally. Which is almost double, compared to just 5 years ago. A deep bow to everyone envolved in achieving this amazing result!

My view…….someone is bogged down financially here and needs a lift to get out……I think I know which gang it is!…..I’ve seen every form of dodgy presented on a platter in the last 15+yrs………if it gets me a good dump of a third of my stock yippee bring it on but I don’t for a minute believe the Israelis would give a cent of guidance on expectations of “non material court case”…..

Alphonso/ig destroyed tremor……we highlighted it at the time and were shot down……it was described by brass as a non event…..I got 50% of my mates out/rain check at £6.50…….I fkn held the lot…..

Tapa - you post some very intriguing stuff and I have an open mind on the authenticity of your claims….the Alphonso own up is amazing??
Muthadrucker also has some good points - but I am struggling to find a reason to believe ..you would go to so much time and bother to produce a jackanory?
Gadgie believes you - and he has a lot of respect on this thread…I would love Digi’s view.
Personally - I believe a lot of what you have told us on here, but also believe you have added a little vat.
You have cheered the TRMR family a little at Christmas and the momentum has turned a little more positive - I will say thank you.
Ofer has to show a softer side to his investors!

This Walter Mitty character is clearly incorrigible. Presenting himself as some kind of sophisticated international investor who wasn’t aware of the Alphonso debacle which resulted in a loss of nearly 50% of core revenue excluding Amobee, and the total collapse of the share price Claims that a company representative would state that future margins will typically be “30-35%” and that Q3 results were “shocking̶1;

Extremely reasonable question and you're probably not the only one wondering so I will answer it and hopefully that clears things for some. Specifically talking about advn, I didn't have a clue this board existed until Oct when searching for Tremors news and it popped up on googles first page.

I do run/manage another international/foreign group with thousands of investors, maybe 10 of us in there invested in Tremor but Tremor being a UK stock rather than US means that it isn't discussed in as much detail as it is here.

So the Alphonso case was totally unknown to me and to them until I read posts about it here. In fact if you look at my previous posts I often wondered what was the fuss about it?

With regards to getting in touch with the company, or any company in general, we (talking about the approach me and my fellow investors in the other group always take) is first going via the official IR email, sometimes we use our linked in (a lot of us are in the financial sector) and so we just message the ceo or cfo directly if their PMs are switched on in linkedin, alternatively you just google the executives names and usually their email is [e-mail] , copy them in in your email to the IR and that tends to increase the chances of getting a reply and then the ball is already rolling.

In my specific case, me/my group have met 3 times now with Tremor, Ofer included so our faces and names are not unknown to them.

The smaller the company the easier it is to reach out to them but I have met with billion dollar executives in the past, so it is possible too. A lot has to do with your approach and how you draft the email/message.

LinkedIn is definitely your friend for these things.
